The master bedroom features a new king bed and the second bedroom a new queen bed with air conditioning. There is a complete kitchen with all new appliances, living room, dining room, foyer and new washer and dryer, tile bathroom with full size soaker tub and shower, high speed wireless internet and cable tv. Enjoy the wonderful front porch and lovely garden. Plenty of parking is at the curb just outside the home.
Walk to one of Seattle's best local markets, 12 excellent local restaurants, and coffee roaster 3 blocks from the home! Express transit stop to downtown is 2 blocks. This home has 2 units, this listing advertises the 2 bedroom unit located on the top floor. It has it's own private entrance on the front porch and inside stairway with good handrail leading up to the unit.
Take light rail from the airport then Metro Rapid Ride E Line to the transit stop just 2 blocks from the house at 46th Street for $2.50 total fare. Use your ticket to transfer to the bus and on return to light rail to avoid paying an additional fare. You will not need a car!
Woodland Park, the zoo and our famous rose garden are just two blocks away! The University of Washington is 10 minutes by car, bus directly east on 50th or 15 minutes by bike via Greenlake Blvd and Ravenna greenway bike lanes leading to campus.
Walk, jog or bike to popular Green Lake bordering the 2 square mile Woodland Park recreation area with its many forested trails. Take in the great views of the Olympic Mountains and enjoy many great local restaurants while walking along Phinney Ridge.
The Alaskan cruise ship terminals, the Victoria Clipper terminal and the Washington State Ferries are all located nearby on Elliott Bay. Take advantage of this great opportunity to visit Seattle for a few days before or after your cruise!

Great location, exactly what we were looking for!
Although we only there for a short time, the location and the house was perfect. We walked to dinner which was just a couple blocks away. Booked it again in a few weeks.
Perfect for our needs
This property is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Street parking is available. We had no problems that required the owner's assistance, but he responded quickly to our inquiries. Hope to stay here again the next time we are in Seattle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was perfect for us. It is in impeccable condition and the location is perfect! Close to the local market and walking distance to several great parks and lakes. We had a great stay in Seattle and staying here was a huge part of making it a great trip.

Walk a few blocks to Rock Creek Steak and Seafood for a well priced fine dinner or Uneedaburger (best burgers in the city!) for a locally brewed tap beer and gourmet food menu in upper Fremont. Shop at Marketime Foods on your way back for fresh food, groceries, great takeout, craft beer and wine selections. Pick up a movie rental at Video Isle which specializes in British and American cable TV series as well as all the current popular foreign and American films.
