Open your door to 1800 sq feet of one level living space all to yourself! Step out onto your private, quiet beach and sink your toes in the sand. Or enjoy the covered porch. Fishing? Snorkeling? Having our own DOCK makes pick up for excursions effortless. On the quiet end of town, our complex(only 12 units) is tranquil and safe and never crowded. Close to town, grocery stores and restaurants. Complete with a swimming pool and attentive management team. Stainless steel appliances, open living area and access to WASHER and DRYER in the unit. Comfy KING master suite, large bathroom and closet helps you spread out and be comfy. 2nd QUEEN bedroom also with full bath. 2 TWIN size chaise lounge pads available for outdoor beach loungers. These can also can be used as mattresses for small children. Twin sheets and blankets are provided.

Our availability calendar changes daily and books quickly in high season. Property managers keep calendar so call if immediate assistance is needed.

About Ana & Erik

My husband can't relax anywhere! Then we visited San Pedro and within 24 hours the blood pressure meds went out the window! We knew we had to make a home here. Tara del Sol was the best of everything on the island and we were lucky enough to grab this unit purchased in December 2012. We look forward to many years of visits to this piece of heaven on earth. Each building has a rooftop terrace perfect for that awe-inspiring view, witnessing a breathtaking Caribbean sunrise or awesome tropical sunset or just relaxing under the stars in the cool evening breeze.As a courtesy to all of our guests, the management team will help arrange your diving, snorkeling or fishing, day trips to the Mayan ruins, Belize zoo or other mainland excursion. The team will also arrange for golf cart rental, flights to the island,transportation to the unit-just ask!

Loved This Small Condo Community!

We enjoyed a week at this condo. Eric was very helpful, even apologizing for events beyond his control such as island wide water outages! We shared this unit with another couple and it offers the privacy we wanted. We very much enjoyed visiting with the owners from other units and with other renters. This was our first trip to Ambergris Caye and we couldn't have picked a better place.

The condo was beautiful. It was lovely to just walk out the back door and be at the beach. The rooms were very spacious and bathrooms nice. The condo is kept up really well. I would suggest this condo to everyone! The next time I go to San Pedro I hope to stay here again.

Ambergris Caye is a beautiful Caribbean island off the coast of Belize. Only 25 miles long it boasts the second largest barrier reef in the world. The town of San Pedro hosts multiple bars and restaurants. The residents are fluent in English as well as Spanish and are friendly and helpful. The exchange rate 2 to 1 to the American dollar easing the ability to pay for food and services.

Our condo is only a short golf cart ride to town(2.5 miles) on the south end of the island which is mostly high end residential. Our beachfront is quiet and private. Having our own dock makes pick up for excursions effortless. We are managed by a top notch management team that is minutes away from the condo and are available for any help you may possibly need during your stay. They have received exceptional reviews from previous travelers.

1800 square feet, walk out ground floor beach access makes our unit the place to be!
