A place I wish I could call my own!
This apartment is two stories. The bathroom and bedroom on the first floor and the kitchen and living room on the second. As my title says, I wish I could have this apartment. The set up and living space are so nice. I like the 2 story style. The street it is on is quiet, but is close to Magazine Street and such a short drive or bike ride to further places. The bathroom is so nice. I loved the large counter in it. The bed was very comfortable and the use of the laundry was quite nice. All the things needed for cooking are available, in a spacious kitchen, that has a small table for eating. The small table was perfect for my stay, as it brought my girlfriend and myself closer. It is surely a romantic setting.
It was a quiet and nice place to stay
We had a nice time
Very conveniently located and all the basics we nicely provided for.
Enjoyed staying here; convenient and quiet neighborhood, nice little kitchen and sitting area upstairs. Steps a little steep for someone with mobility issues though. Overall loved it.
Would have rated 5 stars except...
Honestly, this place was fantastic! The house appears a little older in the pics so I wasn’t sure if it would be nice inside, but it was great! Clean, hot water, comfy bed, great space! Private entry is perfect. Location was AMAZING! Walkable to tons of places in the garden district and warehouse district. I even walked to the French Quarter! Close to the street car, parking easily accessible on side streets! Stacey included lots of helpful things like shower products, laundry detergent and I think some drinks in the fridge. Truely the only reason I didn’t give a 5 was that the neighboring unit had a party our last night and since we had to be up early for the airport, we were trying to go to bed early and it was a bit loud. But with earplugs I eventually didn’t notice the mirth and fell asleep in the super comfy bed! It was chilly (40s) our first night and the radiators didn’t fully heat the space but the comforter was super warm. We didn’t require the window air unit the rest of our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
Such a cute place in a great location! Lots of room and charm!
A couple of issues during my stay- but they were handled quickly and effeciently! The property was easy to find, with plenty of parking. Great coffee and restaurants are within walking distance. Really cute patio area and space inside. The apt does feature a slightly steep staircase- so just a heads up.
Property owners are very helpful and responsive and helped out when there was an issue. It’s a quick uber, trolly ride, or drive to downtown, or the quarter.
I highly recommend and would def stay again!
Charming NOLA house
We enjoyed our stay and found exactly what we were looking for. There is a cute little cafe and 2 bars within 2 blocks from the apartment. The Trolley line is only a few blocks away, making it convenient to travel for $3 per day. The neighborhood felt safe and quite.
Just 3 blocks from St. Charles parade route, 1 block from Annunciation park, and 2 blocks from excellent shopping, restaurants, and bars.
