Looking to be right on the beach with unobstructed ocean views; with access right from the terrace to the pool, beach and Caribbean Sea - then you have found it. Our main floor unit is 1 bdrm, 2 bathroom, 800 sq ft, which is perfectly situated in a full service Resort and Spa, front row and center to a fabulous pool, spa and most importantly the most beautiful beach in all of Mexico. Just think you are guaranteed beachfront without having to pay the extra money that the big resorts demand for that room on the beach or those ocean views. It doesn't get any better than this. You will not find any other condo with such a great location that provides the amenities found here. Don't want to cook your own meals then choose one of the Optional Meal/Drink Plans available; details available at the front desk. The flexibility is endless.

After you have arrived and check-in at the front desk and enter into the condo the views through the sliding glass doors will blow you away! You are literally steps away from the beautiful beach that leads you directly into the turquoise waters of Caribbean Sea. Now that you have pinched yourself and gather your thoughts, you will want to take a look around the condo and take in all the lovely marbled floors and counter tops. You will find a very nice sized bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, attached a 4 pce bathroom and ample storage space. In the main living area there is a 1/2 bath. The kitchen is well appointed with microwave, full size stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, blender and all cook and dishware you will need. There is a sit up bar between the kitchen and living area and also a NEW dining table and bar stools. The living room contains a sofa and matching armchair. There are two 40' Sony flat screen televisions with satellite/cable channels.

Our condo has it's own direct WIFI service. The fees for this convenience are included in the rental fees. As well you have free long distance calling within North America.

While you are a guest you entitled to use the amenities of the Resort i.e. beach towels, boogie boards, sail boat, poolside and beach loungers and beds, gym, daily activities as provided in daily schedules, and safety deposit boxes at the front desk for your valuables (passport) during your stay.

Please keep in mind that if you are looking for a party-hardy all-night type resort, this is not the place for you. Fishermen's is a very laid back quiet location. If you are looking for both, you can find the nightlife a short cab ride away to 5th Avenue and when you want the quiet you can hang out at the Resort; best of both worlds. The resort also provides a free shuttle service a couple of times a day from the resort to 5th Avenue - please inquire at front desk for times.

If you choose to book your next tropical vacation at our condo we are sure you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo and great resort!

This condo and resort were top notch. The condo was in a great location to both pool and beach. It is tastefully furnished and was a great home away from home. The owner, Doreen was so easy to work with, I can not say enough good things about our experience with her. The resort itself is gorgeous, the pool and beach spectacular. It is about a 10 minute walk in town. It was one of the most relaxing , stress free vacations I have ever taken. I hope one day to come back to this gorgeous condo and resort. You will not be sorry if you book this condo!!!

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Close walk to area restaurants. Only steps away from a beautiful beach and pool. First floor location very convenient since there is no elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

the most beautiful condo on the site

very nice place, nice people, great owner, very clean, great view from our condo close to the pool and the sea , 15 minutes from playa del carmen (walk) the owner Doreen took very care of us, and answer very fast when we need something. we will go back!!!

amazing view

First off, this place has an amazing view. Exactly as pictured. It was a little confusing finding the place using gps, but not a big deal. Once you know where to go, it super easy. When we first arrived, it was as if there was more staff than people staying (we got there on a Friday). The staff is super nice. We had some issues when we first arrived but it was quickly taken care of by the staff and owner. Doreen, the owner, is super responsive to any questions I had-and I had a lot. :) The breakfast buffet was awesome - lots of variety. We only had dinner once at the restaurant and it was ok. The drinks at the swim up bar were great. The location was amazing, we could walk down the beach and hit 5th ave and many restaurants and shopping. Thanks Doreen for sharing your amazing place on the beach!

A week on the beach

If location is what you are after...this is the perfect rental. Condo is layed out with plenty of room for a couple. Woke up every day to a wonderful view of the pool and beach from the dining room / living room. The full size kitchen is a plus, since we did not pay for the all inclusive food and beverage. Resort staff is very friendly, but more often then not, they do not understand English. This resort is nice and quiet after sunset. Downtown and the pier are a short cab ride or walk away.

Perfect location for relaxation!

We travel to this area 3-4 times a year and have stayed at many different places. This is my favorite location by far. The condo is very comfortable, great first floor location that is close to the pool and beach. Overall the resort is very calm and relaxing. No fighting for chairs because there were plenty for all. No need for a car for evenings out, it's about a 15 min walk into town. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!! We will be back

My husband and I are from Alberta Canada. We have been traveling to the Mayan Riviera area one or two times a year since 2008. We really enjoy coming here to get away from the Canadian Winters.

The property is really the perfect location to get around the Mayan Riviera. You are close to shopping, tours, and of course right on the Caribbean Sea with the most amazing private beach and spa services.

What makes this condo unique

Although you are staying in a private condo it has all the benefits of staying in an All-Inclusive resort with all the same amenities available. There is a full service spa and gym; as well as a variety of Optional All-inclusive Meal Plans to choose from. The Resort is very small by Resort standards. This allows for a more 'personal' experience from a very caring and attentive staff.

This dream location is only about 45 minute drive South from Cancun International Airport. For reliable transfer service to and from the airport; as well as tours, we recommend USA Transfers. and click on the Transfer Tab. As you approach the Condo you will see that we are nestled in among one of the prestigious gated communities of Playa del Carmen. It is a very quite setting right on the beach, but yet close enough to walk to 5th Avenue for shopping, dining and nightlife. Wal-Mart is only a cab ride away to pick up a few groceries or anything else that you may be needing. The area right behind the Condo is a historical site with historical mayan ruins.

3. BOOKINGS OF MINIMUM 14 NIGHTS WILL RECEIVE A MID-STAY CHANGE OF LINENS AND TOWELS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Bookings of between 8 to 13 nights will be charged an additional fee of $50.00 for mid-stay change of linen and towels. Please contact Owner should you wish additional cleaning services. Add'l Cleaning/Change of Linens may be requested at time of booking at an additional cost of $50.00 per date requested. (Sunday is not an option)
