About Greg Klevenberg, Owner
This property is locally owned and operated. We bought the home for investment purposes and family enjoyment.
Greg Klevenberg, Owner purchased this Townhome in 2013
Why Greg Klevenberg, Owner chose Whitefish
We are the second owners of the home. A retired couple built it a number of years ago and only used it a few weeks a year up until a year ago when they moved here permanently from Texas. They recently built a new home in Whitefish which gave us the rare opportunity to own this awesome property. This home has never been rented before and is in excellent condition.
What makes this Townhome unique
Prior to purchasing this home we looked at a dozen Whitefish Mountain properties. None of them offered this unique combination of size, interior layout, high-end amenities, physical condition, location to the ski-way, and just plain coolness as this home possesses. We feel truly bless to own it and we hope you feel blessed for choosing to vacation in it.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the garage door didn’t work and the internet didn’t work. We had a tech guy come to fix the internet and he fixed the garage door as well! Otherwise, the house was great and we had fun.
The property was perfectly situated close to the ski hill and had more than enough space for the eight of us!
Perfect Place for 2 families
Our family of 5 stayed for a week on the ski slopes with another family of 4 and the condo was big enough for everyone to have their space but cozy enough for all of us to be together. We love to cook dinners and found everything we needed in the kitchen, plus appreciated an extendable table to fit everyone.
Ski-in and ski-out every day. We can't wait to return! Thanks for making your home available to us.
Great place for a ski getaway
Overall we were very happy with the townhouse. It was well appointed, clean, and in a good location (short walk to Home Again run and we were able to ski right up to the door at the end of the day). Size of the unit was more than enough for 12 people. Never felt cramped. Plenty of space to park 4 vehicles. Having all the storage in the garage for gear was awesome too.
Only minor concerns were:
- Couple times I had to send follow up emails as I wasn't getting a response. My experience seems to be an outlier, however, judging by the other reviews.
- To get to the hot tub, you have to walk through one of the two bedrooms on the bottom level. Not a huge issue but a bit annoying for whoever is staying in that room.
- Wish there was an option for recycling. No recycling bin or anything mentioned in the house rules
Overall pretty minor so I still give this place 5 stars. I would stay here again.
Great ski in - ski out home!
The house was very well equipped and the hottub was amazing. Awesome ammentities and the renter was even nice enough to accommodate an early check in. Had a blast!
Even with a group of 11 people, this duplex never felt cramped. It has a smart layout, and is stocked with everything a group of travelers would reasonably need. The heated garage is perfect, with it's built in dryer for boots, mitts, etc. I can even say the neighbors were surprisingly tolerant of a little extra noise a bit later into the evening than would have been ideal. The hot tub is top notch, and the view isn't bad either.
Overall, I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat.
