The suite is located in a small apartment building of 12 units; ours is just yards from the edge of the bay. The apartment sleeps 4 -- queen bed and trundle. We have a kitchenette where we cook 3 meals a day when we visit. The unit is on the first floor surrounded by cultivated gardens. We are on the corner with 3 picture windows -- stunning views of the bay, gorgeous sunsets and a 750' bridge that goes to boater's moorings. The unit is tastefully furnished in antiques with impressionist art prints and works of Maine artists on the walls. It is a romantic setting and a wonderful way to both relax and enjoy area sites and beaches.

About Nancy Annis
I am a child, adolescent and family psychotherapist and a classically trained musician. My husband is a pianist, organist and composer. We are a blended family -- four children and two grandchildren. We live less than three hours south in Massachusetts and visit often. We enjoy talking with our guests before their arrival to match interests with area sites. We are available immediately if you need any assistance and have helpers on site if you experience any difficulties.
Nancy Annis purchased this Apartment in 2007
Why Nancy Annis chose Edgecomb
This is my third home in Maine, my daughter was born in Bar Harbor. We also lived in Gorham, ME for several years. Eleven years ago, I fell in love with this apartment because of its beautiful views and cozy interior.

Beautiful, comfortable, well located. We could not have asked for more.
My husband and I loved our stay at The Cottage. It is immaculate and cozy with an outstanding view of the water. It's is well equipped for cooking and dining, and has basic condiments as well as all other necessaries. We hope to return next summer.
We are on an island within a walk of historic Fort Edgecomb. Beautiful views, excellent restaurants, shopping, flea markets, Midcoast ME Botanical Gardens, museums, boating. The resort is a village of about 60 privately owned dwellings w/ an events center. It is beautifully landscaped with some rare plantings.
