The condo was lovely - beautiful location and nice upgraded. We arrived and the heat and water were not working... luckily, my husband is handy and found the water turn on. It was chilly, so we used a portable heater until Natalie (who is not the owner) arranged for someone to come and fix it. There was a misunderstanding among the people who manage the condo for the owner and consequently, the water had been turned off. But everything got rectified. Then there was no hot water in the guest bathroom, brrrh. That also was fixed. We did enjoy the condo very much (even with the ant intrusion). The owner was very gracious and did call us directly and did give us a credit for the inconveniences. I would recommend this place, especially since they did fix everything!
In a quiet area with a view of the lake and afternoon shade. Furniture was a little dated, the unit was somewhat clean but not fully. Some shutters were broken. Palm Valley fitness club was excellent.
Great place to get away from it all. The view of the golf course and lake is gorgeous. Well-kept unit, with everything we needed in the kitchen. I will definitely choose this place to stay when I go out to the desert again.
Our time in Palm Desert was made even more enjoyable by this spacious and well appointed townhouse. The amenities were abundant and everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants an exceptional stay in the Coachella Valley. Oh, and the views from the property were very special as well - mountains, water, golf course - WOW!
It was a pleasure to use this home for our vacation. The agent was very accommodating and prompt with every inquiry . Well equipped and the bikes were such a bonus. Handy to pools that were clean and warm . Definitely a pleasant experience.
This condo is located in Palm Valley Country Club ('PVCC'), which is a gated community with 24 Hour security on site. Two 18 hole golf courses are on site at PVCC, as well as 12 tennis courts, a golf shop, a tennis shop which arranges both men and women's tournaments. Fully equipped Fitness facilities, with full spa treatments available at PVCC.
