Please understand all rules before you make reservation. We assume you understand this when you made the reservation. *We provide the cheaper rate than other units, so please understand we do not provide the perfect unit and service. *This is not hotel unit. We will not provide the hotel service and you may not use the front desk. Please understand we might not be able to provide all amenities, supplies, and service which you expect. *Every time when cleaning this room, we check all inventories. If we find out any losses, we will charge from your security deposit. We will charge $200, if your check-out time past 10AM, and check-in before 3PM. We will charge $200 per key, if you lost. * Please follow all the house rules in the condo. If you violate one of them, we will charge the $300 as long as the actual damage. * There is no daily housekeeping service as it is privately managed. Upon checkout please clean and dry your dishes and take your trash out to the trash outside on the ground floor. * We strive to provide plush linens and towels that are clean and white with no stains. A replacement fee will be charged for stained towels or damaged items. * Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. *Please keep noise to a minimum. *No smoking. No drugs. *No pets allowed in or on the property. *Property owners and Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. We shall not be liable for or pay for any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by the supplier could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid.
