Welcome to Casa Gecko!

Our house is situated in the Costa Baja resort, 3 miles north of the city of La Paz. We are part of a small gated cluster of homes on a hillside above the marina, nestled amidst the fairways of the Gary Player signature golf course. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz.

The house is a 2 bedroom plus study, 2 bathrooms, fully-furnished home decorated in a tasteful modern style.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a view of the Sea of Cortez. You can see this view from the Jacuzzi bath tub in the master suite as well. There is a double-sink vanity,and a tiled rain shower with separate toilet room. There is a walk-in closet plus linen closet.

The master bedroom has a 25' flat screen t.v.

The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in closet,

plus bureau and bed-side table.

The studio has a large closet with a small library and a futon bed couch. There is a small computer desk. The Sea of Cortez is visible from this room.

The pergola-covered center courtyard or atrium, is an outdoor dining room with a dining table and 6 chairs.

Grill on request.

The second bathroom with shower is adjacent to the the twin bedroom and the studio.

Laundry room is appointed with with a stackable washer/dryer, ironing board and cleaning necessities.

The kitchen is furnished with stainless appliances, granite counters and wood cabinetry. It comes with a side by side fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, glass stove top and oven. There is a breakfast table that seats 4 and a buffet.

The living room with view of the Sea of Cortez, consists of a sectional couch with coffee table an end table and

comfortable chair for reading, 50'flat-screen TV, HD cable ,DVD player and wireless internet. small selection of DVD movies.

There is beautiful original art throughout the house.

All rooms have independent air conditioning.

Ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom suite.

Additional fans are located in the outdoor dining room and on the front terrace.

The terrace extends across the front of the house with glass sliding doors accessing the living room and master bedroom.

On the terrace there is a modular, sectional couch with cushions, coffee table and end table. This gives you a choice of an indoor living room and an outdoor living room.

The terrace overlooks the communal 40 meter infinity pool which comes equipped with chaise lounges and towels. There are tables and chairs for card-playing and entertaining.

Renters can enjoy the amenities of the Costa Baja resort which includes use of the private beach club and restaurant with an Olympic size infinity pool, gym and tennis court. The club also provides rental of kayaks ,

paddle boards and swimming equipment.

The golf course has its own restaurant and pro-shop

high up on the hill overlooking the entire resort.

About Max Sergio

Max and Galey Sergio. We are both retired. Max was a stockbroker and Galey a special ed teacher. We leave in Marin County, Ca. for 6 months and in La Paz BCS for the other 6.

Why Max Sergio chose La Paz

We bought this property because we fell in love with the amenities that Costa Baja resort has to offer: the beach club, the spa, the restaurants, the marina where we keep our boat (when working) and the wonderful Gary Player golf course.

What makes this house unique

First thing that one experiences is the terrific view facing

west and the sunset. This includes boat traffic as well as marine life, whales, dolphins, seals etc.

The house is well kept and is equipped with everything a renter may want.

Great views, comfortable house

Great views and nice amenities, comfortable and clean. A couple of minor maintenance items light bulb in the bathroom over the vanity and dining room table were out - minor stuff.

Great spot, could use a wee bit of love

A fantastic condo with a great view and wonderful vacation. It was very comfortable for my parents, twin babies and my husband and I.

Max was great and when our air conditioning went out was very responsive to getting it fixed. I will say that it does need a few updates- the sheets and beds weren’t great and the kitchen needs quite a few more utensils and better pots to be considered more functional. Overall a great stay!

I will get new pots and pans for the kitchen, but would you tell me which utensils you feel are missing? Exceptional views and comfort. Perfect vacation rental.

This place is amazing. Sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, Sunrise and sunset views. A lovely back patio to enjoy the view. Close to the Marina and Costa Baja. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended
