Living in Valletta is synonymous to living in an open air museum, perfect for culture seekers who would truly like to discover this small but magnificent cosmopolitan peninsular city steeped in history where everything is within walking distance.

Housed in a beautiful 17th-century mansion are 6 graceful apartment-suites all featuring the traditional Maltese features, the imprint of our Maltese culture and tradition composing bright and airy apartments. All feature a simple but elegant decor highlighted with high ceilings and contemporary white finishes and most importantly served with lift, which, is not quite common for Valletta residences.

This stunning Borgo San Pawl is composed over 4 floors, comprising of 2 apartments set on each floor. The impressive, main entrance of this Borgo is the quintessential of Valletta mansions. It is an embrace of past and present in one glimpse. This is reflected also in the stunning spiral, wrought iron staircase that leads to each apartment, for those who opt out from using the lift.

This particular spacious duplex 2-bedroom loft is located on the 3rd floor, of approximately 70sqm, and served with lift. The entrance leads to a very modern, contemporary holiday let accommodation, which also incorporates elements of the traditional Maltese style, with a typical open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped which makes it ideal for cooking tasty home-cooked meals. The living area comprises of a flat screen tv with cable channels and 2 comfortable 3-seater sofas, and also comes fully air-conditioned. The low-ceilings of this contemporary loft make for a very intimate and cosy setting, while still enjoying the traditional Maltese features such as the typical wooden balcony enjoying side sea-views as well as views of the harbour break-water in the distance. A quaint Juliet balcony also adorns the facade of the living area, providing additional light and air in the loft.

The second floor comprises two double bedrooms, fully equipped with air-conditioning, and designed with a modern finish, combining earthy, neutral colours for a calm and tranquil setting. Each bedroom also includes a full ensuite bathroom complete with shower cubicle. The wrought iron beds complete the Maltese traditional style, while also oozing an aura of modernity through white furnishings and parquet floorings. The bedrooms also feature the unique feature of low-ceilings, offering an even more cosy repose. Wifi and tv are provided for free during any length of stay.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Valletta has many titles, all recalling its rich historical past. It is the "modern" city built by the Knights of St John; a masterpiece of the Baroque; a European Art City and a World Heritage City. Today, it is one of the most concentrated historic areas in the world.

The city is busy by day, yet retains a timeless atmosphere by night, that gives the feeling that you are walking back in time. The grid of narrow streets boasts some of Europe's finest art works, churches and palaces.

Valletta is abundantly rich in sites to see and explore, intriguing historical buildings around every corner: votive statues, niches, fountains and coats of arms high up on parapets. Narrow side streets are full of tiny quaint shops and cafés, while Valletta's main streets are lined with larger international branded shops for fashion, music, jewellery and much more.

The best way to get around and see the most, from your visit to Valletta, is on foot and although the things to do & see are many, a good start and definitely not to be missed are Valletta's beautiful gardens. The Upper Barrakka Gardens, Hastings Gardens & the Lower Barrakka Gardens are just three of the most popular ones. Apart from beautiful Baroque churches other places of interest include the various grandmaster auberges, piazzas & museums.

As in the rest of the country, the restaurant scene in Valletta is an eclectic mix offering a variety of cuisines to satisfy all tastes and budgets.

A growing number of eateries around the city are now offering local fare, serving their own versions of traditional specialities.

Maltese cuisine is the result of a long relationship between the islanders and the many conquerors who occupied the Maltese Islands over the centuries. This marriage of tastes has given local gastronomy a Mediterranean character all its own.

And nowhere is this mixture of culture and cuisne more strongly felt than in Malta's cosmopolitan capital.

Refundable Damage Deposit $343.17

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
