This unit has free WiFi for guests The unit is non-smoking. It has easy access to the beach and is within walking distance of restaraunts and souvenir shops. Guests are permitted 2 vehicles. Check-in will be at Kaiser Realty 1557 Gulf Shores Parkway, Gulf Shores, AL Daily rates; minimum three day stay are based on variious seasons. Winter daily rates are $120.00 per day, Spring rates are $175.20 per day, summer parts 1 & 2 are $260.80 per day, Peak rates are $275.20 per day, Early Fall rates are $187.20 per day and Fall rates are $130.40 per day. Seasonal dates are listed above.
Kaiser Realty will require a deposit of approximately 21% of the total rent fees & taxes at the time of reservation confirmation. Deposit will be deducted from the total of rent, taxes, & fees. Balance will be due no later than 30 days prior to check-in date. Checks made payable to Kaiser Realty.
Manager's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Why Orange Beach, AL, USA:
In 1969/70 my family & I lived in Fairhope, AL and I grew to enjoy the beach area. In 1997, after 27 years away from the gulf coast my wife and I returned for the first of many vacation trips. Each time we visited we talked about one day owning our own gulf front condominium. Then in 2011, after looking at various complexes we saw unit 804 at Pelican Pointe and knew that this was the one for us. Pelican Pointe's cleanliness, resort type appearance, and family friendly atmosphere have created many unforgettable memories not only for my wife and I, but for our children and their children as well.
