It was a great condo
It was nice and clean I had been reading some of the reviews about this condo and I was a Little worried about it. But to be honest it was great The condo is a little dated but it is great over all The back door that everybody was complaining about I fixed while I was there it works good now and I will be staying in this condo again It has a small condensation leak off of the air conditioner unit over the tub not a big deal it's a great place!

First, I want to start by saying that the check in process was great. We literally arrived and went to our room. Long Beach is great and the views from the balconies are amazing. The condo itself needs some work. I feel that the phrase “you get what you pay for” is easily said by the manager and a few others however, I disagree. This is our first year staying at a different condo because the one we usually stay in is going through construction. Those condos are set up just like this and we usually pay much less for a week and they are much nicer. When we arrived, we noticed panels from the blinds missing in the living room and bedroom, the sliding glass doors would not shut all of the way, brown stains on both sets of sheets that we immediately washed and bleached. The bathroom ceiling had a major leak and the tile looked like it was going to fall at any point. The stains on the sheets were from the dryer (how I don’t know) but I do know that I put a white shirt in the dryer and it came out with the same stain. There was no broom or mop left in the condo. We didn’t want to bring our chairs/umbrella inside due to not having anything to sweep with so we left them right outside our door (Not in the walkway or anything). We got a warning ticket from Long Beach stating we couldn’t do this due to fire code (completely understandable) but even when you wash everything off, you’re still going to have to deal with sand so we had to go buy a broom. The cushions at the dinning table were stained. I feel like a lot of this is cosmetic and would be an easy fix, but again all you get is “you get what you pay for.” Oh and I messaged the condo manger multiple times before we arrived as soon as I saw a bad review left I wanted to make sure these things were going to be fixed. I feel as if he just downed the person whom left the review which will probably be done to me as well. I’m just here to say, if you’ve had a good experience at this condo great but if you are a first time renter please don’t fall into the trap that you “get what you pay for” because this place could be A LOT nicer with easy upgrades.
Nice place. However, the place needs work. Sliding doors would not close properly, out of alignment. Futon should be replaced as the upholstery was severely torn! The unit that ran the air conditioner was leaking and we put pans underneath because the water was leaking out into the kitchen.
the property had multiple issues. no drinking glasses, rusty refrigerator, couch was ripped up, hard time opening and closing the sliding glass door in the living room, light fixture falling from the ceiling in the bathroom, no towels. When I contacted the property manager to discuss the issues, he basically was not concerned at all! I even sent photos that I took when I entered the property (so that I would not be charged for damages). The photos on line did not match the photo's in the ad. I asked to speak to the owner of the property but he would not allow me to do that and basically said he didn't want to argue with me about it! I was so upset with the whole situation. He also said " you get what you pay for". Well no I didn't because I didn't pay for a raggedy couch, rusty refrigerator, constantly leaking tub faucet, light hanging from bathroom shower, (still didn't work...blinked when on) water leak from bathroom ceiling, only 2 glasses to drink out of and no towels! I asked if I guess you all have my money so too bad for me. I was down there with my sister and her family, my niece and her family, my nephew and his family and my daughter and her family. we all had condos. Their condo's where beautiful. My nephew was on the 7th floor and his was cheaper than mine and it was VERY NICE!!!!
Not so clean
Check in was amazing , but we had no dishwasher, also my husband killed a roach in the bathroom and they were ladybugs mating on the ceiling, the tile in the bathroom ceiling was leaking water , very outdated - for what we paid we felt as though it could have been way better
This was a first time stay for us at Long Beach resort, and we plan to stay there for now on. Parking was easy and no parking deck to battle. The elevators we never packed and always fast. No waiting! The beach was beautiful along with the weather during our stay. Located before all the traffic jam and congestion right across from Walmart. We went the week of Memorial Day weekend and was expecting packed beaches and was pleasantly surprised when we saw how well the resort makes sure no tents stay right in front of your rented beach chairs. Overall wonderful time!
