About Owner/Property Manager
We are Massachusetts natives who grew up vacationing on the Cape. New Hampshire is our year round residence now, though we get to the Cape every chance we get. We rented our previous Cape home for 6 years, resulting in a very happy clientele (testimonials available). In the summer we enjoy long days on Nauset Beach and boating along The River. We have many favorite places to go to share with you!

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Orleans
It was love at first sight when we saw this property. With not much of a street view, we were delighted when we rounded the corner of the house and saw the water view and L-shaped layout of the house. The recent renovation brought this former artist's guest house to life, with a fun, nautical feel. Friends and family describe it as 'very cool.' We love it, and we're sure you will, too.

One week just wasn't enough to soak in the beauty of this property! Next year we'll be staying longer for sure💗.
We have been renting in East Orleans for the past 12 years (for anyone reading this who is still deciding on location, Orleans just can't be beat. Really the best area of the Cape). This is one of the nicest homes we have rented. Very well laid out and well appointed. Construction and finishes are of high quality and show very little wear or aging. Lots of great spaces. The kids (ages 11 and 8) really enjoyed having the loft as a space that was there own. Downstairs area was great as well. Enjoyed the view and watching the boats come and go from Meeting House Pond. Will certainly return.
Perfect vacation spot!
A spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The views are beautiful and the location is perfect. We enjoyed daily walks to Crystal Lake and spent many days at Nauset beach - a short drive away. Highly recommend.
Another great week on the Cape
We had rented this house two years ago, and returned this year with the other side of the family. The house was just as great as before, and we enjoyed being close to good restaurants as well as to supermarkets, with a good grill and everything we needed to have dinners at the house.
This time around, we had a toddler along, and the basement living space was ideal for a quiet place when needed, and to give her the room she needed to run around when quiet _wasn't_ needed. :) We had everything we required on hand, and had a great time. Thanks again for a great place to anchor even more family memories.
This is a beautiful house in a perfect location. It is quiet and peaceful, and also close to shopping, restaurants, beaches and ponds. Crystal lake is within walking distance. The grounds are nicely kept, and the view of marsh and cove could not be more lovely. The living area is beautifully decorated and furnished, and conducive to family activities. The bedrooms are well separated from the living area, and the downstairs "suite" is a peaceful bonus. You can't go wrong with this house.
It was a wonderful week!
My family, ages 7 to 76 thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orleans this summer. The house was beautiful, the grounds well maintained and the views so peaceful. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for our sumptuous barbecues each evening. The area lent itself to beautiful walks, hikes, biking, whatever your pleasure. Nearby to pilgrim pond and Shakat beach, a favorite for the youngsters. We hope to rent again next year as Ginny was very responsive and great to work with.
Take morning walks or jogs at Kent's Point, a beautiful conservation area located only steps from the house. Walk four tenths of a mile to Crystal Lake for fresh water swimming. Drive 1.5 miles to Orleans center to enjoy galleries, shopping or dining. Drive 2 miles to Nauset and Skaket Beaches. For evening enjoyment live theater at the Academy Playhouse is 1 mile away.
