Why Denise Carriveau chose Caseville
This lakeside retreat was built in 1951 on a 290 foot lake front lot. The main house was 2300 square feet on the ground level with a full walk out basement and finished 'attic'. They had a 2 car detached garage with an upstairs 1 bedroom apartment for the caretaker. Next to the garage was their 2 bedroom guest house. The entire complex was featured in Better Homes & Gardens magazine in the early 1950's. In 1959 the property was divided and sold. The main house was closed up tight with no one spending a night there for over 10 years. The guest house went through a succession of owners. I purchased the guest house in 2010 and spoke to the owners of the main house and bought that in 2011. So late in 2011 the original estate was reunited. When I bought the beach house it was basically unchanged since the early 50's. With fresh paint, new siding and insulation, new windows, carpets removed, new plumbing and heating, updated appliances, and new furniture the home has been transformed. It is once again a lovely lakeside retreat. I love this area as I came and vacationed here all my life. I have family members who also own cottages in the area and it is a great place to be. The beaches, the lake and people in this area are wonderful and unique.
What makes this Estate unique
The main level offers a 17 x 21 sun room which adjoins the living room. Leading out from the french doors is a 10 x 20 lakefront deck that offers the most breathtaking views from all angles. Almost every room from this level offers lake views that change by the hour! The lower level has an enclosed sun porch for the perfect place to drink your morning cup of coffee, read, or look at the spectacular views. The backyard (road side) is like being in the woods with all the pine trees and green grass. The lake is just steps out your front door and easily accessible. You have the best of both worlds; woods and the beach/lake!

Spacious, well maintained property.
This rental was well equipped, immaculate and spacious. The view was spectacular. Loved the landscaping and the fire pit. The deep lot allowed for adequate parking for our 9 vehicles, all of which were parked well off the road. We plan to come back.
We were so happy to welcome your family back again for another year of memories and good times. Thank you for being such great guests and looking forward to seeing you all next year!
As always, the house was very clean. Our big surprise was the new very well done fire pit.t
This was our 5th year renting this beautiful home. It feels like our home away from home. Denise has always been very gracious and makes sure that everything is perfect when we arrive. Our 4 children and grandchildren try to join us at least a few days. They also look forward to spending quality time together. We start talking about our Caseville vacation in January. Looking forward to next year. Bill & Diane Avery
A beautiful house in a perfect setting!
My family and I loved our time at the Caseville Beach House! It was our first time staying there but it definitely won't be our last stay. The house has enough room for all 12 of us to be together but you can also find a quiet spot to read or be alone. The kitchen is spacious and has everything needed for fixing meals during your stay. The house is well-maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. The lake water was so clear that we could see the bottom for quite a ways from the shore. The new fire pit area is great and the sunsets were gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation and we all look forward to our next stay at the Caseville Beach House.
