You can't find a better place for your Kauai vacation. Period! Two comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, a lanai overlooking tropical grounds and the Pacific Ocean. King bed in master and queen in second bedroom. Located on the convenient East side of Kauai and half way between sights on the North and South sides. You may never want to leave to partake in activities or sightseeing because the grounds of this condominium are so inviting and relaxing. Recently we were told, 'I have been all over the world, stayed in great hotels but this is the most beautiful place I have seen.'

This condo is very popular with guests because of the view and the furnishings. Updated and very nice, you will surely want to return.

This is **THE** place to stay on Kauai! We spent 12 days here in June '13 in unit #323. The property alone could be a tourist attraction! The entire grounds are a beautifully maintained botanical garden with stunning plants, flowers and trees everywhere! The condo complex is just the right size with a huge open lawn right on the beach. And, you don't have the HUGE crowds of the big commercial resorts. Many times we were on the beach, lawn and pool all by ourselves. This east side of location on Kauai has many benefits compared to the north and south locales: 1) it's much cheaper - accommodations, restaurants, groceries; 2) it's less touristy and crowded; and 3) you're more centrally located on the island to hit all the great spots with a short drive. Some east side locations can be windy, but Lae Nani is in a protected cove (look at Google maps image). It was great to have a full kitchen to cut down on eating expenses and it has an amazing view of the grounds and ocean. I don't know why people pay so much for a 'resort' hotel room when you can have a complete condo for less! An added benefit of this place is that it's completely gated so you don't have to worry about roosters making it hard to sleep (a well-known Kauai problem). Most units here are privately owned, so the condition will depend on the owner. Our unit was perfectly nice & clean . I would definitely stay there again - the price, locale and amenities are fantastic! P.S. There's a great, paved cycling path on the east coast and you can rent bikes in Wailua/Kapaa. And, a kayak trip up the Wailua river to the falls is a must!
My initial research seemed to indicate that Lae Nani Building 5 was well sited for outstanding views of the beach since it is located “parallel” to the beach with unobstructed views. And, we found the 521 unit did not disappoint with stunning views of the beach, the sunrise over the Pacific and the grounds. The unit was quite pleasant, well-appointed and the beds were profoundly comfortable (compliments to the owners). Lae Nani was very well situated for the airport, Kapa'a town and the whole of the island especially the new Lava Lava Bar & Grill located on the next property north (a 5 minute walk). In our strolls north on the beachside walk as far as the Courtyard, our compliments to the Lae Nani HOA as we felt the property was certainly the most beautifully landscaped, the best tended to and (as a condo owner) my commendation for keeping the buildings’ architecture, pool, fencing and locks in exceptionally good order. I would certainly consider returning to the property on a future trip.
We loved our stay at the Lae Nani Condos. It is easily accessible to all sides of the island. Condo 521 at Lae Nani was perfect! Literally a home away from home. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The lanai overlooking the grounds and the beach was a great place to both start and end the day. The beach and the view could not be beat!! The pictures on this site do not do the property justice. The tropical trade winds kept the indoor temperature perfect. We spent the entire time with the windows and door open. Roy and Lina were great to work with setting up our reservation. They answered all my emails in a timely fashion! I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Kauai!
My husband and I chose Lae Nani Condos because of the ocean front view, we were very happy with our decision upon arrival. The location of the condo on the grounds is perfect, quiet, a beautiful setting surrounded by amazing tropical flowers and green grass, with the beach just feet away from your balcony, and just a short walk to the pool. We will definitely be back for a longer stay to enjoy the relaxation. Wailua is a wonderful spot to stay, easy access to both the North and South shores, with lots of wonderful spots in Kapaa. The beach walk in Kapaa is so wonderful, right along the ocean with amazing views. I strongly recommend this condo, and this property. The only things I would change are to possibly replace the carpet with a wood, or tile floor, the humidity made the carpet seem a little out of place, also, maybe update some of the towels and sheet linens. These are just small suggestions, this unit is truly special, a wonderful place for a wonderful vacation on beautiful Kauai!! We can't wait to come back!!
My husband and I are both extremely picky about where we stay when we travel so we spent hours and hours searching for just the right rental. We had stayed in Princeville on two previous visits and weren't sure about staying further south but we were SO pleased with Lae Nani! It was even better in person. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and we ate every meal staring at the ocean. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was extremely convenient for us since we were able to freshen up towels after a day at the beach. The grounds were immaculate and we made use of the grills available on several occasions. Our family loved having the beach available footsteps from our condo and the protected swim area was a nice bonus. We actually preferred the convenience of Lae Nani's location and being closer to other areas of the island compared to the amount of time we had spent driving from the Princeville area on previous trips. We are already planning on our next visit!
We loved this condo for many reasons...the furnishings, the view, the beautiful property, the central location on the eastern shore. The disappointment was the swarms of termites that hit us 4 separate nights in our bedroom when we went to bed. This really impacted our overall satisfaction with our stay at Lae Nani.
My wife, my cousin and his wife spent a week at condo #521. The condo was very nice, with two bedrooms and two baths. The view from the condo was great. It is very clean and modern. The location is perfect for site seeing the island. It is only about 10 minutes from the airport. This was my eighth visit to Hawaii and this was by far the best condo that I have stayed in. What a great view!
If you want a unique location on a unique island, then this is the place for you. Lae nani, The Jewel of the Coconut coast is centrally located and only 10 minutes from the airport. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming and the best luau is only a short 5 minute drive.
