Summer Living

  • 5 of 5

I was in Tucson for an internship this summer and needed a fully furnished place to stay. This was the perfect spot! It had everything I needed from pots and pans to extra linens. It was also nice having a place to park my car off of the street. Hannah is very helpful if you need anything. The location is great, very close to grocery stores and downtown.

Great guesthouse

  • 5 of 5

For the last four years whenever we visit Tucson we stay at Hannah's guesthouse . we like it very much because we feel like home .It is clean and well furnished, the bed is so comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped ,the sun room has a desk and laundry area with washer and dryer, the house has also lots of storage space and plenty of natural light; what we liked the most is the bright and colorful decoration and how it is very well organized. We loved the backyard which is green (not common in Tucson) and very pretty. Patrick and Hannah were very helpful and nice whenever we needed something they always respond quickly. The neighborhood is safe to walk to the UA and you have nearby grocery (wholefoods) and coffee shops. We highly recommend this place for couple or up to three people.

Great one bedroom place

  • 5 of 5

This one bed, one bath place is great. It is clean and well kept. Wifi is included and cable with a flat screen. Has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Great central location. The bed is comfortable and clean. Plenty of storage. Full size couch and power recliner. Sun room is a great area to chill and also has a little desk and washer and dryer. The University of Arizona is 7 blocks straight down Mabel st. And you are at the front door of the college of nursing, medical center, and pharm building. It's not too much farther from there to the main campus and to the downtown area. If you have a bike, you can get to a lot of places pretty quick. Patrick and Hannah were great to work with. They made sure everything was in place. Perfect for a single person, or couple. You could easily have a couple small kids sleep on the couch or set up a little bed in the sunroom. Reasonably priced for everything that is included and the location and condition.

A very private setting in well-kept neighborhood east of U of Arizona

  • 4 of 5

Hannah and Patrick have personally welcomed us, each time in several stays we have booked with them.

They have taken a personal interest to help us understand the and the resources available to us in the Blenman Elm neighborhood; The Loft Theatre, restaurants, Whole Foods Market, the Mid-Valley Athletic club - all within a bicycle ride, a walk, and a bus transportation going in all directions. The Trolley system is a fifteen minute walk to ride through the University center, lectures, music recitals, concerts shopping and dining, the downtown museums, art galleries. This is an easy walk to UA Medical center and to the historic Arizona Inn. We acquired senior-rate bus passes which gave us ready access to buses on E. Speedway Blvd and the Trolley system.

We have come to think of the Guesthouse as our home in Tucson to which we will return on our next visit.

Great escape

  • 5 of 5

My stay in the guesthouse was the best traveling experience yet. The pictures just don't do justice to how charming this house really was. My favorite thing to do early in the morning was to sit on the patio and enjoy the surroundings. Little bunnies, humming birds and an excellently landscaped yard was so tranquil and comforting. The owners where always quick to respond to any questions and the house had everything you could ever need, better equipped than home! The natural light that came in and the glass enclosed patio was by far my favorite features. It was centrally located and you could walk or bike to many places. I will be back.
