This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home on the beach. 2 large Master bedrooms with king size beds and bath. 1 large bedroom with queen size bed and bath. 1 bedroom with twin beds with bath. The kitchen and living room are open. There is plenty of room to sit at the dining room table (seats 6) or at the kitchen bar. The living room has a leather couch with 2 leather recliners. A card table is provided. The exterior has a walk around porch. The back porch has three Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Walk out the back door and down the boardwalk and you are sitting on the beach. You have gorgeous views of the beach from inside the home with a private gun nite swimming pool with water fall. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May. Can be heated in September, October, November for an additional fee depending on the weather. The waterfall feature will not work while pool is heated. Lay out chairs are provided around the pool along with a concrete table and chairs. Everything is within walking distance. You can rent bikes and golf carts on the island. Historic Apalachicola is just minutes away with a town full of shops and restaurants. This home has a maximum occupancy of eight and this rule is enforced, please do not email inquiries with an occupancy more than 8.

This is a new home on the beach with gorgeous views of the beach. Private pool with water fall is included. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars. Great family vacation home. Apalachicola, Fl. is just 15 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping and eating your favorite seafood. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8. Island Princess is a dream vacation.

The house is definitely well maintained and very comfortable for our family. This is the second time vacationing at the Island Princess and loved every minute of our stay. Sitting out in the morning drinking coffee watching the dolphins was magical. The sunsets were awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home! Loved our stay!

This home is beautiful and lacks for nothing! It is spacious, clean (we are pretty obsessive about cleanliness) and has many amenities. We particularly loved the swinging under the house that looks out at the ocean. There is a great breeze that comes through that area amdmis the perfect spot to sit and watch evening fall over the ocean. If I HAD to pick a "con" it would be the public access walkway beside the house. Due to the fact that people would carry tents, chairs, coolers, etc, across the Access walk, some would leave everything on the beach over night. We did find this distressing as we believe in the "Leave No Trace" objective to help protect and preserve the nesting turtles as well as as the natural beauty of the beach. That being said, we loved the house and would definitely return!

We greatly enjoyed our month long stay at SGI,. This was our first VRBO rental. This was the best house we've rented since coming to SGI for the past 16 years! Thanks to Mr. Plymel for sharing such a wonderful house. We hope to return soon!

Great vacation home on a beautiful Florida beach!

Loved our stay here! Property is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The home is very nicely decorated, the Kitchen is well stocked and appliances all in good working order. St George Island is a beautiful, uncrowded, peaceful beach facing the Gulf. If you don't want to take a dip in the ocean, there is a beautiful secluded salt water pool at the side of the house. Owners were very responsive, and it was very easy to work with them. Most amenities are a short bike ride away on the island, so might want to rent some bikes for your stay. If you're a bit more discerning about the quality of your bike & kayak rentals you might want to check out St. George Island Journeys. For food, avoid SGI Fresh Market. Ask locally about where to get the fresh fish. Appalachiacola is a fun little town worth visiting and including eating oysters. I would recommend this home to anyone who asks.

Excellent in every way.

If you want your family to love you, reserve this house for your next vacation! I was the lucky one who found it for our sibling and spouse vacation. All week I got thanks and praise from everyone else for finding such a great house and location. Beautiful interior, sparkling clean, well laid-out for family gatherings, bedrooms in opposite corners,huge living room in center, well-appointed kitchen, fabulous porch for ocean viewing, including sunrise, sunset, moon, stars, dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers, butterflies, and dragonflies---with daylong breezes. Great swing on lower level and beautiful pool area. Thanks, Island Princess, for a wonderful week on St George Island.

This property is located on the beach on the corner of 5th and 6th street. There is a bike trail 1 block away. You can rent bikes and golf carts at several locations on the island. It is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the lighthouse park, and 15 miles from Historic Apalachicola Florida where you can shop and eat at the many restaurants. Property is maintained and kept clean by the owners. Linens Provided. Sorry, no pets, no smoking
