With brand new furnishings, plenty of amenities, and a stellar location, this newly remodeled Sunriver vacation rental in the heart of the Village provides the perfect setting for a small family or close group of friends to explore the bounty of Eastern Oregon and year round fun at Sunriver.
Compact and cozy, this ground floor, two bedroom condo is a comfortable fit for your family of four to six (max four adults). An open living room boasts a new flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and a DVD library, along with plush new furniture to encourage serious relaxation time.
The kitchen, while petite, holds all you need for a family feast along with all new appliances. A sunny dining room with four chairs and two barstools provides room for all at mealtime, while the dishwasher makes for easy clean-up.
Head out the sliding glass doors to your private patio where a gas grill awaits. Patio chairs and a table invite the family to barbecue al fresco, so you can soak up that fresh Oregon air as the sun sets.
When it's time for bed, parents will sleep soundly in a plush queen-sized bed in the master, while across the hall the kids can choose from the top twin bunk, the bottom full bunk, or the trundle below, and doze off watching cable on the brand new flat screen TV. The full, shared bathroom offers new granite counters as well as tub and shower combination.
A vacation rental wouldn't be complete without the necessities: Wireless Internet helps everyone stay connected, while a stackable washer and dryer will help keep laundry in check. And of course it doesn't hurt to enjoy a few extras! The home not only comes with six SHARC passes, but includes tennis rackets, board games, a CD player, a Wii with plenty of games, sleds for the winter, and bikes for the summer!
Located just off Circle One, you'll be within convenient walking distance to the Sunriver Conference Center and all the Village activities, right on the bike bath, and just a half mile to SHARC aquatic center - filled with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river and tennis courts. Top-notch restaurants, ice skating, and boutique shopping lies just around the corner, while water lovers will find themselves within a mile to the river, and skiers and boarders just a mere 20 miles from adventures on Mt. Bachelor!

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The condo is centrally located right next to the Sunriver Village with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and ice skating. The condo was very clean and very well appointed, everything you may need is provided. The kids loved the Wii and we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and family room with games.
Very convenient location right next to the village. Quiet botttom floor unit, clean and comfortable. Kids loved the games and Wii.
No heaters in all areas. Passwords for wifi didn't work because they were reverse listed. Cable tv didn't work. Floor in bathroom was broken. Directions to unit incorrect. Way too much money for the unit.
Location is excellent but don't use Google Maps to find it. Walk to the Great Hall and the Village. Liked the electric fireplace, SHARC passes, pool towels, very clean. Kitchen had all the basics.
On the downside, the condo smelled of dog though pets aren't allowed. Based on the decor and the pet toy we found I'm guessing the owners have a pug. Also, the wifi network name and password emailed to us was incorrect, though I think that was the fault of the management company, not the owners. After spending 30 minutes on the phone I found the correct network and password written down in the home.
Overall a decent place if you plan on being out and about a lot but not the most comfortable condo we've rented.
The fireplace & convenient location were especially appreciated on a rainy, Fall weekend.
A cozy & comfortable stay on a very rainy, fall weekend. With close proximity to the Village shops, we still were out & about often. Also, passes to the SHARC were used & appreciated. Thank you!
