Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, adorable, quiet and loved location next to the village! It worked great for our family if 5 and I'm sure we'll rent it again. Thanks for a great stay.
Great location! Very comfortable and homey feeling. We had 4 women in our group and a second bathroom was needed. By all means my mistake, next time 2 bathrooms required for us.
It was our first time in Sun River and we had a great time. We were close to the Village and the SHARC center was around the corner. We hope to visit in the summer when the weather is nicer out. We didn't get to do much exploring.
This place has got to be the nicest in this complex. It's been modestly update, it's well stocked (games/bikes) and well managed (down to the soaps, towels and sponges etc). The only real knock is the master bed is awkward and uncomfortable. I would have pulled the memory foam topper off, but it's a tiny place and no where to stash it.
We had a great time at this condo. It was a good size, clean, and had a ton of stuff to offer. The SHARC passes were a big highlight, but there were sleds, bikes, movies, CDS, tons of games. It was better than we could have imagined. Also, was slightly worried about the fact one of kids was up crying all night was keeping the neighbors up but they told us the next day they were so impressed with how quiet our kids were while we were there. So if your thinking about bringing your family here, do it. We will definitely be back soon!!
