Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
House is in a nice location. On arrival, we barely made it up half the driveway. The driveway was not ready or taken care for the winter conditions. The house seemed slightly messy and thrown together. Beds were very hard, extra pillows didn't have pillow cases, extra blankets were thrown on a shelf in the closet, bedding is old, and one of the bed skirts was even ripped. The outlets totally terrible even downstairs. Just a older house that needs some updating and better cleaning.
Nice home, had a good time. It just needs a little attention.
Nice floor plan but overall, needed a good cleaning and a lot of maintenance. The laundry facility was great - the kitchen was well stocked and open to the dining/living area, but didn't have frying pan that didn't stick. The mats in both bathrooms needed washing before they could be used. A few light bulbs were burnt out and we couldn't find replacements. There was a good sized hole in the sliding screen door in the master bedroom and the lower deck appeared to be nearly off the footings. We love Sunriver but just feel this home needs a lot of attention before we could recommend it.
We had to buy portable fans to help cool the house and we ended up throwing some of our food out that went bad due to poor refrigeration. To keep the food cold we alternately froze some items then placed them back in the fridge to help keep the other items cold.
Overall was a good time and nice facility. But seriously you need to either have more fans or install Air Conditioners. . They have this new Ductless system that works great or since you already have a duct system in place just need the A/C.
