Lovely home and very well kept. Mike was fantastic!
I would recommend a new coffee maker. The one there takes forever. Plus considering how large the master bedroom is, I was surprised it didn’t have a king sized bed. We loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa plus the Twin Palms neighborhood. It was great that dogs are welcome too.
Dreamy Palm Springs Oasis
The twin palms home was perfect for our family vacation. We stayed there for 5 nights with another couple. We have a young baby, and our friends had a toddler and it was perfect for us! The master suite was beautiful, and the great room was very cool! We used the heated pool and hottub every day. The neighborhood is great to walk around and see the cool modern architecture, and it's in walking distance of other hotels and restaurants. We'd definitely go back!
Twin Palms Idyll
Our group of three adults and one ten year-old spent a wonderful week in this house (and in the pool.) Communications with the professional property manager were prompt and responsive; we also appreciated the personal walk-through of the house at the start of our stay. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet; one of the highlights of our week was a stroll around the neighborhood as the sun set behind the mountains. A typical day for us featured a hike in the morning - excellent hiking within a 5 to 10 minutes drive includes the Indian Canyons, Tahquitz Canyon and the South Lykken Trail - and an afternoon in the pool. The house was very nicely decorated, spacious, and had lovely glimpses of mountains and palm trees through the clerestory windows.
My Go-To Palm Springs Rental
Our family of four has stayed in this home twice now. It is so comfortable and cozy, it feels like our own house. The quiet and the privacy of this home really sets it apart. My 8 year old son can't stop talking about it. He loved going to Boomers for mini golf and arcade games only a short drive away and my 12 year old loved the Wet N'Wild waterslide park. You can watch the Aerial Tram go up and down the mountain at night from the hot tub. The grocery store is literally 2 minutes away. You are about a 5 minute drive to the best part of the Palm Canyon strip. When you arrive, Mike will greet you and show how it all works and then get out of your way. He's so fun and friendly, you may want him to stay!
We're so thrilled you enjoyed your stay! -- We take great pride in creating a comfortable fun place that guests can come to year after year. Also, Twin Palms is simply of the best locations in Palm Springs!!! We're all set for you for next year! (If not sooner:-)
Home in Twin Palms Ca
We had a wonderful stay; there were 4 adults and for a short time 5. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was roomy for all of us. A big treat was the style of the house. It is a remodeled mid century modern and was delightfully furnished in 60's style. The kitchen and bathrooms were new but really fit in with the décor. Very comfortable and clean and well stocked. The backyard was a dream; wonderful view of the mountains, plenty of room for the numerous comfortable outdoor chairs and table and the pool and hot tub were spotless and large. And the neighborhood was perfect for walking and very quiet. Trails to the mountains were very close. It was a short drive to golf courses and restaurants and downtown Palm Springs.
Perfect Winter Getaway
My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely house for a January getaway and felt lucky to have planned our stay during a huge NY snowstorm while the weather was perfect in Palm Springs. Every room is very comfortably and tastefully furnished in midcentury style, the living room and master bedroom are both generously sized, and the kitchen and baths are all beautifully updated to contemporary standards. Over my week there I came to greatly admire the design of the house – clearly the architect was a master of bringing light and views inside and it makes the house feel both light and airy. I especially appreciated the gorgeous mountain views through the celestial windows in the kitchen, foyer and guest bedroom. We spent much of our time relaxing in the very private backyard where the pool and spa were pristine and perfectly heated (84 degrees for the pool and 101 degrees for the spa). I really like staying in the Twin Palms area because it’s so convenient to shopping and downtown restaurants, yet it’s totally quiet and safe. Highly recommended.
