Spacious and beautifully decorated rare 3 bedroom, 3 bath gulf front unit in Phoenix VI in Orange Beach. This condo is not ground level on the beachside, but it is parking lot level on the north side, so you can park directly outside the condo!! Very convenient! Perfect for families and vacationers that prefer a lower level condo!!

The decor is very upscale and comfortable! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, updated bath with granite counters and custom travertine shower. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds with access to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to a full sized bedroom. This east corner unit has windows in every bedroom providing lots of natural light and a more spacious feel! The living room has a large sectional with plenty of seating, large dining table, and large kitchen bar. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for dining in at the beach! Spring Break 2017

We really enjoyed the condo. With the exception of a minor refrigerator problem everything was as presented. The view was terrific and the condo location on the property made it super easy to get to everything. We will definitely be utilizing this unit again. Elizabeth was terrific and quick to answer any issues.

Totally relaxing!!!

Condo was very roomy and comfortable. Loved the location! Parking lot level, on the corner, easy access!!! View from the balcony was terrific!!!

Only issue was dishwasher leaked and it was tended to right away. Too short of a stay!!!

Amazing Condo

We had a very enjoyable family vacation in this unit. While the cleanliness of the unit could be improved (there was an old tomato under the kitchen table from the previous tenant) overall it was great. Perfect size for our family, beautiful view and very easy to access from parking lot and pool/beach area. We will definitely be visiting the Phoenix VI again.

Great unit and great communication 👍🏼😀👍🏼

We jut returned from our stay. The unit is a great corner location, easy beach access, and on the parking level. It is fully stocked with everything and there is additional ice maker (which is great for coolers to the beach). The air conditioner had a problem on our third night and the managers were very friendly and quick to accommodate us while the AC is getting repaired. Obviously, one can't predict when something like that will happen, but the managers went above and beyond so this didn't effect the remainder of this trip. We will definitely rent this unit or any rental from this manager on any future vacation! It has been totally great and has accommodated everyone from ages 5 to 39. The Phoenix VI also offers a well maintained in and outdoor pool, basketball, racquetball, tennis, and workout room. There is a $20 parking fee for the week as mentioned above, but we didn't have a problem with that as many places charge much more. Great property, great corner unit, great managers = great family vacation! 👍🏼😀💯🐠🌴☀️🌊🏖🏝

When we arrived to the condo, it was just as the pics displayed. Everything was nice, clean, and stocked. My concern was the lack of concern from the property manager when we had an issue. The second night we were there, the ceiling started caving in, in the hallway, due to a water leak. After contacting the property manager, he sent someone over to look at the leak. I will just say that the leak was never fixed and was a huge inconvenience. We had to use a bucket in the hallway to catch water 90% of our stay. An apology was never given. I felt like they handled the matter carelessly. The leak was so bad that the cleaning service refused to clean until it was repaired. These condos are expensive and these are issues, that a vacationer should not have to deal with on vacation. More than likely, I would not book this condo again in the future. I have pics if needed.

Owner's Response: We are terribly sorry about your experience at this property. Reading a review like this absolutely breaks our heart because we truly feel that it is not a reflection of who we are - as a company or individuals. When you reported the leak in the condo, we immediately dispatched onsite maintenance as they originally thought it was from a sprinkler. They could not fix it, so we sent the next available maintenance person...he temporarily patched it, and then finally, our plumber was able to fix and stop the leak. As of today, it is fully repaired and you cannot tell that it ever happened. We stayed in communication with you throughout this process. You told us in a text that it was 'not a bother;' therefore, we never knew the leak was such a burden to you during your stay. We would have done even more had we realized how unhappy you were. I cannot believe an apology was never given as it should have and we tend to apologize for everything!! The only reason maybe it was not is because we were scrambling to figure out the cause of the leak and get the repair made ASAP. We are so incredibly sorry and we have reached out to let you know this. We are thankful that you found the condo pleasing before the leak situation. It is a great property and we are honored to manage it. As always, we will take this review and learn from it and continue to be available to all of our guests 24 a day, 7 days week for any issues or needs!!
