We are family of five from San Francisco Bay Area. We have been coming to Incline Village for past nine years and become absolutely in love with the Lake Tahoe, Nevada! Our children learned to ski on Diamond Peak and swim in the open waters and jump from the rocks on amazing Sand Harbor Beach. Finally, we decided to get our own place that now represents our new home away from home. We truly enjoy every minute spent in our condo and would like to share the place with our guests.
Alexandra purchased this Condo in 2012
Why Alexandra chose Incline Village
The condo overall beautifully renovated and very conveniently located. The neighborhood is very family friendly and safe. There is a common area for children to play inside the condominium. It's just 15 minutes walk to Incline Beach, Burnt Cedar Beach, Hyatt and Incline Shopping Center. 10 minute drive to Sand Harbor State Beach (AAA rated the best beach on Tahoe), 5 minutes drive to Diamond Peak where you can ski in the winter and hike in the summer!
What makes this Condo unique
The condominium is surrounded by huge pine trees that are very pleasant to observe from the living room window and the balcony. Condo has been fully renovated in 2012!

Amazing “home” to stay
I love everything about this experience, Alexandra was easy to communicate with, the location was perfect for us, the “home” had everything you’re needed for.
From towels, paper towels, utensils, its just like your own home. Love it, love it, love it. Thank you Alexandra, you’re awesome.
As soon as we walked in to the condo we were very impressed. The place was spotless and was beautifully decorated. It was a great location in the center of everything. We met our family members at Sand Harbor Beach on a Friday and that place is well worth the entire trip. Just be sure to be there as soon as it opens at 9am or you will miss out on a parking spot.
We were there during an abnormal heat wave and the inside of the house was pretty warm. It did cool off in the evening, but my husband and I like it really cold at night so that took some getting use to. By the last evening it had cooled down and the fans helped every night.
I would definitely rent out this space again if we find ourselves in North Tahoe.
The place was everything we expected. On the day we were leaving my husband caught a woman taking pictures of license plates, I assume to see if anyone was illegally parked. It was 10:00 A.M., we didn't have to be out till 11:00. We had already left our passes on the counter so we would not accidentally take them. My suggestion would be to wait till after our departure time.
The condo was very clean, well stocked and located in our favorite city. Stayed for 3wks &loved it!
This was our first time in Lake Tahoe and we couldn't believe how beautiful it was! Most surrounding cities offer its own unique charm but Incline Village was our favorite! There were 6 of us, including 2 elderly and 2 kids so we wanted a beautiful area, full of pine trees and close distance to the lake but away from too many tourists or hustle and bustle. Incline Village is quiet but had some of the best restaurants, some with breathtaking views, and all other necessities for a very comfortable stay...We stayed for almost 3 weeks very comfortably! The condo was very clean and everything was carefully prepared for the guests...enough toiletries, more than enough cooking utensils, basic food items...etc. And even if you run out of anything, there's a nice grocery store half mile away. Even though 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were small, beds were comfortable and we were able to get our restful nights. The condominium complex looked fairly old from outside but the inside had some nice new renovations;new bathrooms and kitchen were nice. If we were to return to Lake Tahoe, we would seek out this condo again!
Clean. Convenient location
Thought dumpsters in Tahoe basin need to be bear secure.
Plenty of room for everyone
Well laid out and comfortable, close to everything.
