We are Extended Stay Properties NW Portland serving the Pearl District and NW Portland. We have several units available in 4 locations in NW Portland. All are fully furnished and have everything you need for your stay. You only need to bring your suitcase. Each apartment will have a full kitchen, all cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, toaster, towels, linens even an iron and ironing board. All apartments have access to laundry machines, some have in unit washer and dryer. Our apartments have a variety of price ranges and amenities that will accommodate your extended stay needs.

When you choose the 10 @ Hoyt location you will be in for a treat. You will have access to the 24 hour fitness center, business center with computer and printer. There is concierge service in the welcome center that have wonderful people who can answer questions about the neighborhood and NW Portland. There is a roof top deck with hot tub, outdoor fireplace, barbecue and seating area. This area includes a kitchen area and can be reserved for your next function.

What makes this apartment unique

The 10 @ Hoyt is located on the Portland Streetcar line. The streetcar will take you on a 4 mile ride from the trendy and eclectic NW 23rd ave venue through the Pearl District, the Business District, Shopping District all the way to the south end of the downtown area to the Portland tram which is easy access to OHSU Hospital. If you bring your car, there is a parking space available in the building at no additional charge.

Great pearl Location ... 10th and Hoyt

My wife and I spent the month of August in one of these apartments on the west side on the 3rd floor. Making the remote connections (only via email) we were going on faith that this was a good place. It turned out to be great. We enjoyed the location and easy access to freeways and to the entire downtown and Pearl. It came with an excellent and convenient parking space, a plus! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. On the first floor was a drug store ... very convenient and not too far away was the Safeway, which also had excellent parking and easy access. It is a fine location in the Pearl and easy walking every where, even across town and up to 23rd street.

The Landlord seems a little rigid in his rules, but actually turned out to be very respomsive, accommodating and even changed the shower curtain rod for us! In the end, everything turned out as promised in this listing. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return next year

Beautiful apartment in one of best Pearl locations

My husband and I stayed at this 10th@Hoyt (building name) unit for 4 months. The unit faces the courtyard and is very quiet. Has everything you would want in the unit - kitchen equipment, laundry, light, great towels and space! We also rented a space in the building for our car. The unit is much bigger (I think around 850 sq.ft) than anything else we looked at. The location is perfect. We constantly remarked how easy it was to walk anywhere - down to the river, across a bridge, into downtown or within blocks, Safeway, parks, 24 Hour Fitness and of course, tons of places to eat and get coffee. Last, it is often the owners who make or break a stay. Rob and Heather were the best! They responded very quickly to every question and request. Billing was smooth and accurate. Very good experience.

The Pearl District in NW Portland is the epicenter of sustainable green living. Every thing you need for your stay is within walking distance. Public transportation is literally at your door. The 10@ Hoyt is on the Portland Streetcar line. Art galleries, boutiques, Fabulous eateries, entertainment options, parks, Coffee houses, craft breweries and the best shopping is all minutes away. The Pacific Northwest has the best in eco-tourism. Forest Park is the largest park with in city limits in the nation with over 50 miles of hiking trails. The Oregon Beaches, Mt Hood and the Cascade Mountain range are both only 90 minutes away. The scenic Columbia River Gorge is a must see!! There is a limitless list of things to do and the 10 @ Hoyt is the perfect place to stay while experiencing the great Pacific Northwest.
