The caring owners have carefully crafted a unique setting with original artwork, comfortable furnishings and all the extras needed to feel at home. Cooking will be pure pleasure in the large kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and sleep will be blissful in the comfy bedrooms. Additionally, a relaxing atmosphere will be automatic when you find yourself seated on the balcony overlooking the amazing pool deck and Redfish Lake.

Hours of fun in the sun await you and your loved ones either on the amazing pool deck or on the shores of the Gulf which is accessible via a seasonal ferry across Redfish Lake. Or simply relaxing in the master bathroom boasting a giant whirlpool tub and glass walk-in shower. On the other hand, a lot of exciting shops, restaurants and even art galleries sit just beyond Sanctuary’s gates. Head a few miles in either direction along 30A and discover the charming town centers of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

During Spring and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Minimum requirements March through September are 5 nights. Minimum requirements October through February are 3 nights.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

We love BMB!

My family & I stayed at the Sanctuary at Redfish Condos & loved every minute of our stay!!! The condo was beautiful & very roomy with high end appliances & granite countertops. The beds were very comfortable. We spent some time on the covered porch overlooking the beautiful pool & the outdoor patio set was very comfortable & inviting! Captain Bob was available for a short boat ride on the lake from the property to the ocean/beach. I didn’t find it to be a problem getting to the beach. We used the walkway a few times which took 10-15 walk to the beach. We loved the area & there were many wide sidewalks for biking, running, & walking each day! My husband, 15yo daughter, 14yo son & I will be returning next June. 😀

Should not have needed to drive into Destin to get into condo. could have emailed all information . took 45 minutes out of our way. I called before to see if we could get info and was denied.
