Too many disappointments-surprised that it’s on Home Away
One reason I picked this property was for the hot tub-but didn’t know that there is an extra fee just to heat it up. In the meantime, I suppose the bacteria festers in the lukewarm water until someone pays $75 to use it. The washing machine was filled with dirty water and wouldn’t empty out so we couldn’t do laundry but maybe there was a hidden fee in that one too. Half of the beds didn’t have pillows, the pillows we did have had no pillow cases, dirty glasses in the cupboard with dried food stuck to them, and ALL the beds were like sleeping on rocks. I thought three of them were going to fall apart because the headboards were so loose. We didn’t have enough towels and there was food left for us on the floor in the living room. I have used HomeAway exclusively for our trips and had 100% trust in them until this experience. The management company for this property is based in Brazil and I’m not sure how effective they can be in overseeing this place in Orlando.
