Gorgeous beach, great condo, nice amenities. Some things to note when booking, though.

If you don't want to be in the mix at the center of Pensacola Beach bars, etc. this is the place for you. It was exactly what we wanted for our vacation - luxury away from massive crowds but with amenities. That's not an easy combination to find, but this place has it. Five towers (6 and 7 going up soon) of 16 floors of condos each. Covered parking which is nice on hot Florida days. The condo in which we stayed was amazing - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, fully functional kitchen, great views.

The beach was amazing as well. Soft white sands for which the panhandle is known, uncrowded the week before Memorial Day (though likely got a lot more crowded after we left), crystal clear water (we could see fish swimming from the 17th floor!), perfect temps, etc. We'll definitely be back.

A couple of things we didn't know beforehand -

(1) condos directly booked with Premier Island Management Group that runs the facility gets you an upgrade to Premier status which gives you free beach chairs and umbrella, a free round of golf each day, and several other amenities that I can't recall. The chairs/umbrella are worth ~$40/day for two people. We'd booked through VRBO (which I love) so were "Preferred" rather than "Premier" so had to pay for our chairs and umbrella. I'm not sure if the price differs much, but it might be worth checking given the value offered.

(2) rental of paddleboards, kayaks, etc. wasn't cheap but was worth it for what we wanted to do. That said, two days had the boards and kayaks off-limits on the Gulf side because of waves/whitecaps. This decreased our value received, but I understand why it needed to be done - most people aren't experts at either the toys or swimming and they need to keep people safe. However, if those are the key activities you want to do, make sure the you understand that weather may impact your value. Regardless, we had a great time and loved every minute. A special shout-out to Robert at the adventure sports stand - he was always hustling (running to and from chairs, etc.), extremely nice, and helped me get the most value I could out of our adventure package. He deserves a raise!

(3) the water park looks like a lot of fun...for kids. It didn't really seem like a place lots of adults would have fun beyond a few minutes.

(4) There is not a single fish market on Pensacola Beach, so you need to drive 1/2 hour into Pensacola to get fish to cook in the condo. Publix is 20 min away too.
