Pretty, but lacking and dirty
It looked very nice overall. But! It was listed at 3.5 baths and we were told that all baths would be unlocked, but only 2.5 were unlocked. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people. We also only had 4 towels for 6 people. It was difficult too, because we would call the front desk and they aren't the managers of it, so it made it difficult to communicate. The rooms were very pretty, but floors were so dirty. You could not walk barefoot anywhere in the condo. We had a very nice weekend, despite the cold.
Awesome resort. Enjoyed our stay
Employees were all very nice and helpful except for the lady at the indoor pool Wednesday night for the kids movie. She was extremely rude. Our condo was lovely. Beds were comfy. However it IS NOT a 3 1/2 bathroom unit. One bedroom didn’t even have a closet. Manager was very helpful in trying to relocate us but the Tower was full. We didn’t let this spoil our fun. A great place to stay.
I have stayed in many three bedroom condos at the Portifino, this was the first I stayed in where the owners had locked the closet and bathroom of one of the bedrooms. This may have been listed on the description but I must have missed it when reading about the unit. So I have two of my daughter's with their husbands & a month old infant sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom and one closet. The art and furniture were beautiful and as always the view at the Portifino amazing.
