About Diana Nottage
I grew up in Coeur d'Alene and I bought this house when I was a single girl. I have added a husband and two kids since then but our little house has been a home to nieces and brothers since. I brought my first baby home here and my my niece recently added twin girls to the lists of babies who have crawled around on its floors.
Diana Nottage purchased this Cottage in 1999
Why Diana Nottage chose Coeur d'Alene
This cozy corner cottage caught my eye nestled under its arching oak trees. It is bright and airy and so close to everthing going on downtown. It is only blocks away from all the local restauraunts, city beach and Tubbs Hill. The grocery store is right across the street so it is perfect for that midnight ice cream run. The large fenced yard is private and perfect for summer parties or just a quiet night gazing at the stars.
What makes this Cottage unique
Summer in Coeur d'Alene: There is nothing better than waking up in a bright cheery room then soaking in a deep tub sipping your tea. Then maybe taking a stroll downtown, getting a 'bowl of soul' from Java, checking out 'The Shops', grabbing a Hudsons Hamburger to go and hiking up Tubbs for a swim on a beach with no one else there. Later in the afternoon you can bike down to the city park to see which band is playing or catch a play at Summer Theater. Walking down brightly lit Sherman and people watching is always an interesting past time or maybe a romantic stroll around the boardwalk to finish up the evening. Don't forget to stop by the resort for a 'Gooeys'

Good base in Coeur d'Alene
Very friendly owner, good location (just a few blocks away from the lake, supermarket across the road), big yard, kitchen equipment a bit limited if you want to self-cater. Thank you!
Good location and value
An easy walk to the park, lake, several restaurants and bars, and the grocery store. Large backyard is a great place for kids or pets to play. Kitchen could use more eating and cooking utensils, but still a great value overall.
Great Centralized CDA Location!
Well kept, tidy older home. We enjoyed our stay, especially making s’mores in the backyard pit!
Great little house not far from lake
We were in town for a softball tournament, we were less than 10 minutes from the field. After a long day of games it was nice to come back to the house and relax without a lot of noise of hotel people up and down hallways. We were just a little disappointed we didn't get the chance to enjoy the fire pit, would didn't want to burn. But we loved the house and the location.
Super cute house
Sweet little house. Convenient to the grocery store and everywhere else. I love homes like this one!
