Rebuilt with a custom build in 1999. This property was purchased as a family investment in the Collingwood area. Great private property but close to Toronto and within the popular tourism area of Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Waterfront is private with relaxing views. Quiet and safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Noise by-law in effect and Renter Code of Conduct.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The 21 mile view is the key attraction. The open concept of the property allows views from all rooms. The great room has two story windows - wall of windows! - Very casual and comfortable leather couches, gas fireplace and large screen TV. The dining area seats 8 with a view to the great room, a double patio door and open to the kitchen. The 2nd level loft is entered and overlooks the great room. The large sitting area has a couch and 2 chairs and office desk and chair. Double closet with games. Ideal room for quiet reading with amazing views, children area to play games or work area if needed. There is 3 piece bathroom and bedrooms on each end of the 2nd level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 full/regular beds.
