There is a heated parking garage.

Longbranch is a great convenient location to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer, just 2 blocks to the Historic Main Street and gondola. Spacious and open unit with vaulted ceilings & a deck with views of Ten Mile Range and town. This property comfortably accommodates 6 people. There is a gas fireplace in the open living room and lots of windows and sunlight. TV's in each bedroom and the living room, DVD, Wireless Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef if you do decide to eat in, or enjoy one of the many fine restaurants downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Very nice condo. Loved the location and scenery.

Had a lot of fun in the mountains. Very nice condo to stay in for the weekend, along with a nice garage to park in. Kids loved all the activities on the mountain. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a nice quiet getaway for the weekend or longer.

It was ok

3rd floor with loft in summer can be a little warm. There aren’t any windows to get the cool air outside in. Needs a fan or two to put by sliding glass door. Good location.

Perfect location

Great location. 3 blocks down the hill and you are on main street. And another block and you are on gondola to the slopes of Peak 8. There are quite a few breakfast places in walking distance, well the entire town is in walking distance. Just far enough away to not hear all the noise and partying late night down town. View from balcony is not at slopes but north which is a beautiful view. You can see gondola from balcony. Two stories with loft a full bath upstairs. The place needs painting and is a little outdated and the pool was closed due to a leak. One hot tub inside in pool room. Didnt use it so cannot comment on it. Had a few problems like with cable and fireplace but the management property always answered the phone and were very helpful and resolved our problem wiith in 24hr. There is also an elevator and a parking garage on the first level with a guest parking pass for outside. Beautiful area this time of year. Enjoyed our stay.

Good location, plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for 5 of us. It was nice to be so close to Main Street. We were farther from the gondola lot than we expected to be but overall in a good location. Kitchen had everything we needed (except for coffee filters). We would have appreciated advance warning that suv with a ski rack would not fit in parking structure. We were able to park on the street though.

Overall the condo was exactly as it was advertised. Our only problem was that the walls are very thin and there was construction every day we stayed. I feel that someone should have mentioned that there would be construction going on.

The other extremely positive is that Summit Mountain Association was so helpful. Everytime I called they either answered the phone right away or called me back within minutes. Their customer service was awesome!
