Well maintained and fully furnished condo is perfect for a couple who desire to be close to restaurants, shopping, walking areas, museums, and highway 51. Nicely landscaped too and just over the wall from the famous Biltmore hotel. Local owner takes pride and interest in guests and makes sure all is going well.
Condo was comfortable, clean and convenient--a real find. Great location near good restaurants and lots of amenities. Owner was very responsive and responsible. Would definitely stay there again.
The condo was very comfortable and the location worked well for us. Scott was responsive and helpful. The unit and whole complex was quiet and private and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We wish the outdoor small deck in the condo faced west so we could view the great sunsets but enjoyed morning coffee outside. Thank you Scott.
Lovely condo in a perfect location. Walking distance to shopping, dining and movie theater. Scott is a great host, very helpful and eager to make your stay great!
Our stay at this condo could not have been better. The one bedroom, 1 1/2 baths were perfect for a couple, and the tasteful furnishings made it seem like home. Everything came with including everything you could want in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, plenty of TP and soap, and a great washing machine ready to use. It was also nice that the owner, Scott, gave us lots of input about the property, so we knew what was what. The security at the gate of the Cloisters was a comforting touch as was the covered parking space.
We loved the location on 24th St. just north of Camelback Rd. and adjoining the Estates at the Biltmore. In fact we could see over the wall to the estates from the kitchen window and balcony. Great streets for walking in the area and the Biltmore mall is across the side street (Orange St.). It seems like many of the best restaurants in Phoenix/Scottsdale are located along Camelback Rd., so we appreciated being so close to everything.
This is a property that we would definitely use again.
"Minutes from Macy's" is true and a very descriptive phrase! This condo is within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The residence also touches the golf course making easy access for an evening stroll.
The condo was perfect for us, having everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owners live close by and were available if needed.The position of the living quarters is great - very close to the pool and the grilling area.
All in all a great stay. We would recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to our vacation next year!
Nestled between the Biltmore Resort, a Waldorf-Astoria hotel, and the Biltmore Fashion Park shopping center, this locale features world class dining, shopping and entertainment.
Steps away (see pictures) from Biltmore Fashion Park, who's tenants include Saks Fifth Avenue, Macys, Ralph Lauren, etc. Other stores include Apple Store, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and others.
Dining nearby includes The Capital Grille, Stingray Sushi, Cheesecake Factory, Seasons 52. Again, see the directory above for a complete listing too numerous to list here.
Also in walking distance (.5 miles) to Ritz Carlton Hotel, as well as AMC Esplanade 14, a luxury movie theater with reclining leather theater seats and a full food and bar menu availalible by wait service while you watch the movie.
For baseball fans as you know Phoenix is home to the Cactus spring training league.
This property is located within 15 minutes of many of the cactus league stadiums.
For outdoor activities the property is within a 5 minute walk of a dedicated (miles long) fitness trail (no motorized traffic) for extended walks, runs, and bike rides. In addition, the unit is about a mile to the trailhead for Squaw/Piestwa Peak, and is also near Camelback mountain for other hikes.
In summary, the location can't be beat, and offers a wide range of activities and attractions for all interests.
