This is the nearest private condo along a stretch of road parallel to the East Coast Parkway at the South-East seafront. There is within walking distance -10-15 minutes the Kampong Arang market and food court which houses famous Wonton Noodles and a variety of delicious Singaporean food stalls serving spicy laksa to Wokfried dishes and roast meats ( duck , chicken ) etc ; typical and worthy of Singapore 's reputation as a heaven for foodies. Further north ( 20 minute walking distance is another famous Food Court - the Old Airport Road foodcourt which is a must-go for both locals and visitors to Singapore.
