Condo was perfect. Great location with excellent options for nightlife 1 mike in either direction. Close to liquor store and Whole Foods for supplies. On site staff very helpful. Would stay here again.
Perfect location in the heart of Downtown
I absolutely loved staying in this property and will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Austin. It's in a great location, close to many local bars and restaurants and a short walk to an amazing Wholefoods supermarket. The best feature of this property is the communal pool on level 8, this is the perfect way to wind down the day in the peak of summer!

Perfect condo for our stay
We stayed on the 16th floor which had great views. The unit was very stylish, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need in order to cook some basic meals. They provided coffee which is a nice touch. Nice walk-in closet off of bathroom with pool towels & sunblock provided. Also has a washer/dryer.
Whole Foods is several blocks away (which is spectacular!), liquor store is about 2 blocks and of course bars/restaurants are steps away. We would rent one of these condos again.
We did not use the pool or gym.
The only negative things I could say are that the bed is a little small and there is loud music at night (mostly Fri - Sun). There is an open air rooftop pool lounge that throws parties with dance music right next door and a bar across the street with an open air stage with live music. The condo does provide ear plugs & a white noise machine which comes in handy. But....Austin is known for their music ;)
Great Asthetic - A Bit Noisy
This place is absolutely beautiful, from the views to the interior design. The concerts outside during SXSW do pour into the windows, but that’s to be expected.
Modern high-rise apt directly on West 6th steet. Close to Whole Foods.
Perfect stay! The 18th floor 1 bedroom apt was ideal. Reliable internet and cable TV. Floorplan is narrow but efficient. Centrally located. Safe. Very clean and comfortable. Very modern Bldg. Beautiful decorating throughout. Balcony and views face away from downtown toward beautiful Austin hill country. 8th floor sun deck and infinity pool is fabulous. Directly below the apt at street level is the west-6th bar & nightlife which pulsates well past midnight. (The white noise machine was beneficial). House manual and entry/access instructions are thorough & easy. Hassle-free checkin and exit. We rented the 3-day weekender B-Cycle pass with a docking station just 1 block over. Having the bikes made it very easy to traverse all of downtown Austin, including a jaunt up to the university and capital hill. Whole Foods is just 3-4 blocks west, but they close doors at 10pm. 10 minute walk to Guadalupe st where you can catch the express city bus to/from the airport for just $1.25 each way. (Such a deal!). Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
