GULF FRONT & POOL SIDE * UNIT 107 * 1st FLOOR * Corner Unit * South, East & West views * This beautiful unit is proudly owned and maintained by the Perdido Towers Owners Association, Inc. Luxury 1st floor unit with a Gulf Front view and pool view. Living quarters are downstairs. Both of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Master Bedroom faces Gulf Front with floor to ceiling windows with additional windows facing the pool. 2nd bedroom faces north to Old River with a PRIVATE balcony. Corner unit. Floor to ceiling windows in Living Room facing south. PRIVATE PATIO off living room. There are views of the pool through east facing windows in the Living Room. Both bedrooms have their own PRIVATE bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. Sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. Professionally decorated, flat screen TV's in Living Room and both bedrooms, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful dinner ware and a fully furnished kitchen for meal preparation.

Perdido Towers consist of 2 towers with a total of 68 units. 400 feet of private beach with access to umbrella and chair rental service. Across the street offers private boat docks, storage and a lighted pier for fishing. 3 private lighted tennis courts are also available.

Very comfortable stay

The property is very roomy with plenty of space. We stayed there for three nights (3 of us) and loved the close proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk out the front door and through the pool area. The ribs were comfortable and clean. The views from the balcony and upstairs room were fantastic, and the whole beach is wonderful in both directions that we walked. We even walked down to Flora-Bama and got coffee at the Waffle House one morning. Very pleased with our stay.

perfect family condo

Our family of 4 spent the past week in this condo. We have been to Perdido Key several times and this stay was the best. The ground floor condo is not only great for young children, but we were able to watch the older ones swim in the pool from the living room as the windows look out onto the pool. The beautiful, uncrowded beaches are a very short walk on the beach access walkway. The condo is so roomy. We never felt cramped. Bedrooms are beautiful (master bed is very soft. 2nd bedroom was better for my back). Grounds keepers and maintenance are always around cleaning and keeping things nice. We enjoyed an evening barbecue with the well kept grilling area. The best part of this condo is Sandy. She met us after hours on arrival and showed us around. She gave us key pointers on neccessities in the area. Any issue was promtly handled in less than 90 seconds no matter the time. We will be back to Unit 107.

Great Unit

Our family of 5 (3 kids) had a great time in this unit. The weather was absolutely perfect and allowed plenty of opportunity to use the pool and beach. The unit is about a mile or so from Alabama so there was plenty of chances to get out to the touristy type of places, but, thankfully, none of those places are near the towers. Thus, a quiet location while we were there. Grocery stores are about a five minute drive to the west. There is also a convenience store located directly across the highway from the condo so it was very easy to run over to pick up the odd item we needed.

As noted in prior reviews, the unit is ground level and located right next to the pool. There is nothing more satisfying than not to have to haul everything up and down in elevators. Don't be afraid of not having a view on the ground floor; the dunes are very low and do not block the beach or ocean.

The unit was super clean and in nice shape. Although I would note the seal on the door into the glass shower in the master bath could probably stand to be replaced (not a big deal at all).

The kitchen was well stocked with most every kitchen utensil an average person would need. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

I never met with Sandy (manager), but she was very pleasant on the phone and replied promptly to e-mails. The only thing that caught me off guard was not signing any sort of rental agreement, but it worked out in the end.

All in all, I would very much recommend this unit and, should we decide to vacation in this area in the future, I will certainly look into renting this unit again.

Convenience store across street. Waffle House, deli that makes homemade food, bbq, Happy Harbor restaurant all half mile away within walking distance. Also on the island we have 3 pizza places- eat in, take out or delivery, mexican restaurant, 3 seafood restaurants, sandwich deli and 2 bar & grills, day spa, 2 souvenir shops, Chamber of Commerce and SO MUCH MORE!!!
