This family home is incredible. I have not slept this deeply, and soundly in a long time! So close to Malibu center.

We had a wonderful time here! The location is truly second to none: very quiet and private, and yet, close to everything that matters. The design of the property organically blends with the ocean – that creates a truly unique, aesthetically pleasing and serene experience. The house is equipped with all imaginable amenities all of which are first class and in a perfect condition. Last but not least, the owners are wonderful, warm people that made us feel at home from the first moment on. Thank you very much – we look forward to coming back some day!

Lovely & Amazing--Malibu Magic

My boyfriend and I had an amazing Malibu getaway weekend at Peter and Mary Anne's gorgeous beachfront property. Located on the quiet Malibu Road, it is a place unlike any other. Well appointed, sophisticated and inviting, we didn't want to leave and are already planning our next escape.

The views of the ocean are breathtaking and falling asleep to the waves crashing a true delight. The deck is expansive and perfect for relaxing, stargazing and working on your summer tan. We even saw dolphins feeding! Peter is a gracious, friendly host. I highly recommend this home. It is worth every dollar.

Wonderfully relaxing and so inviting it was hard to leave!

My kids and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to spend our last week of summer and we certainly found it! The property is stunning (absolutely a one of a kind marvel) with pictures that don't do it justice. You find yourself emerged in the beauty of the coastline with the sound of the ocean melting away stress and a home that offered relaxation and convenience at every turn.

Mary Anne and Peter couldn't be nicer people having equipped their home with everything you need to make it yours for the week. They really care about ensuring your experience is perfect taking the time to make every detail fitting of a luxury vacation. As examples, we walked in to a home filled with fresh flowers, fine artwork that mirrored our family home, bowls filled with fresh fruit and Mary Anne and Peter waiting for us with a personal greeting at the door!

We found the entire experience totally worthy of a 5-star rating and can't wait to return as soon as we can spare a few moments.

A truly magnificent properry close to the city center and every convenience. The Getty is fantastic. See the Adamson house and grounds state park. wonderful beach and great for long walks on the sand.
