About Jori

Dan and Jeory have been married for 41 years and have raised three children and are currently enjoying their six grandchildren.

Why Jori chose Greater Phoenix Area

This estate found us and we fell immediately in love with it. The main house is over 100 years old and the entire estate has been updated by the previous architect-owner so that it is the favorite destination on the historic house tour each year in Mesa.

What makes this studio unique

The property has incredible personality and charm. It is located in the center of downtown Mesa in a friendly quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location for Activities

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at this bungalow was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and fresh. While small, it was perfect for the two of us to come back to after a long day. Great location for going to baseball games, playing golf, seeing friends. Also there are many good restaurants within walking distance. Also a perfect location for taking long walks through the beautiful neighborhoods. We will come back.

Owner's Response: We are sorry the guests did not enjoy their stay with us. We are very confused by their review of our property. Not once during their stay did they express any concerns about our property to us. We live next door and we are always available to fix any problems that may occur. In his review he expressed that our property was not what he was expecting. This is ironic because the single most common comments we receive from guests about our property is "Wow this place is exactly like its described in the listing!" As far as our property being "not good for seniors" most of our guests ARE seniors and judging by our many excellent reviews from them they have enjoyed staying here very much. We truly enjoy and value our guests and try do to everything we can to ensure their stay is comfortable and is a positive experience. We always ask our guests as they are leaving if there was anything we could have done to make their stay more comfortable and we always get the same response "no everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back!"

Quaint, quiet and comfortable!

Quiet and historic old Mesa is the setting. Cute little bungalow that fulfilled all our needs. Dan and Jori could not have been more accommodating. They made sure our stay was special, had great recommendations and were always available for any need we had.

The guest house was just what we needed for a very relaxing stay. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. Owners were very friendly and helpful to suggest places to eat, etc. Convenient location for getting around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vety quaint and comfortable. A nice place to spend a few days

  • 4 of 5

Great location for downtown Mesa with several nice coffee shops and several great restaurants. It did have some jet issues with them taking off from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport. Dale was very helpful in making recommendations for things to do and where to go.
