The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur
The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur
Never had once my rating for a hotel is full 5* of excellent. The Face Suite had excellent full package of services.
Nice hotel close to shopping malls and KLCC.
Nice service and stuff are friendly,
The only downside is the beds, are short and firm matters.
Not quite a 5 star
First impressions were good, the hotel having an expansive frontage, efficient bell service, and impressive lobby. Check in was swift but there was no show around of the suite conducted as should be the case with a 5 star facility. The suite was on the 32nd floor, with decent views. Cleanliness and facilities within the suite were super, a washer/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer being appreciated. Housekeeping was reasonable, the 1 minor oversight in failing to replenish shower gel being rectified promptly. The main attraction of the hotel has to be the infinity pool on the 51st floor. Fabulous views of KL, especially at night. There was also a small kids pool. However, the gym was a real let down and clearly an after thought. It consisted of a few treadmills, bikes and cross trainers, together with about 4 machines. Bizarrely, there was an adjustable bench but no dumbbells to use with it. Unusually, you could enter the gym freely but needed to swipe your room card to exit. It was also the only gym I have come across that didn't supply water or towels, requiring you to bring your own! The hotel is oddly located. Although only about 5 minutes walk from a monorail station, going anywhere around the hotel requires navigating rather hazardous, uneven & poorly maintained footpaths. Whilst about 15 minutes walk from the Petronas Towers, it's tough going in the humidity. There were no local shops nearby. A 4 star rating is merited but it's definitely not a 5 star establishment.
Nice and spacious
The view of the tower was breath taking from our room and of course the infinity pool over looking the twin towers was AMAZING!! The room has a kitchen, laundry, full fridge, automatic sliding door. We forgot our converter so they loan us one. Thank you :) will definite recommend this hotel to all my friends. Location is good and taxi ride to the
airport costed 120myr
Second time visit to the Faces. Good location, close to shops and public transport, was disappointed that the rooftop restaurant wasn't finished but looks like it will be great when it is because they need somewhere to eat as the bottom cafe is lacking. Staff were good, room was slightly dirty upon arrival and unfortunately for our 9 nights there we were given a room tucked away on the 10th floor without much of a view compared to our first stay. Overall thou I would recommend staying at the hotel.
Great hotel, needs to work on standard amenities
I booked this hotel for 2 nights in March 2017. The hotel is high end & gorgeous & the rooftop pool is amazing. That being said, I was a little disappointed that a hotel this high end charges extra if you ask for a blanket or a towel. Most of the power outlets did not work in the room, the lamp on the nightstand was missing the lightbulb & our shower never had hot water (there's a button in the closet you turn on to have hot water & even when we left it on all day, it was still cold) I would still stay here again, but I definitely think this hotel could be better.
