SAN JUAN ISLAND VACATION RENTAL. AMAZING VIEW WATERFRONT!

This vacation home on San Juan Island is a jewel! Set within five acres at the end of a sun-dappled lane, and perched right at the water's edge, Panorama Lodge enjoys an incomparable 180 degree vista of sea, sky, and mountains. Majestic Mount Baker looms to the east, Orcas Island is just across the channel, there is a backdrop of snow-capped Canadian Cascades, and resident bald eagles swoop directly overhead. Just offshore, luxury yachts, sailboats, ferries, seals, and even the occasional pod of Orca whales pass through vast deep blue waters in front of you. Photographs cannot capture this expansive setting, but guests in Panorama Lodge will feel they are living in a postcard.

When you relax or dine on the multi-level decks that extend across the entire waterside of the home, you will feel a part of this spectacular scenery. The view remains a focal point when indoors as well, as one's eye is drawn outward through an entire wall of windows in the living and dining areas.

The interior of the home is sophisticated, customized with details reminiscent of a European chalet. The woodwork gleams, furnishings are stylish and solid, elegant accents include deluxe fixtures, stone floors, counter tops, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. A wonderful open kitchen, featuring a large prep island with counter seating, is central to the main level. New stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner stainless steel range and 36-inch oven, make cooking a very pleasant experience. Just past the dining area and down several steps is a cozy living room with propane fireplace and HDTV.

Offering three bedrooms and three baths, Panorama Lodge will appeal to families, couples, or to anyone seeking a private, upscale getaway. One bedroom is located off the living room and features generous closets, a queen size bed, and private bath with walk-in shower lined with mosaic tile. The upper level is an open loft containing a second queen size bed. The loft area is complimented with a balcony, large walk-in closet, and fabulous en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass block shower, and jetted tub. A third bedroom containing two twin beds is located on the entry-level with a bathroom including a tub/shower, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located off an adjacent hallway.

Panorama Lodge offers vacation visitors an extremely comfortable home in a very private setting landscaped by nature. The property is located in a desirable neighborhood on the northwest side of the Island, about a ten minute drive from Roche Harbor and a fifteen minute drive from Friday Harbor.
