*************** Guest Rental FAQs *****************

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of Sunset Harbor Palms #1-307 may only be made by a Guest Lessee that is at least 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks or conditions prior to property rental.

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. Sunset Harbor Palms #1-307 provides comfortable and ideal accommodations for up to 2 persons (this includes small children and infants). Navarre Vacation Rentals will supply an electric inflatable queen size mattress for Reservations of up to 4 persons.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals and Check-In times are based on seasonal rental demands. Please verify the permitted Check-In time at the time of making your Reservation. Guest arrivals are generally permitted after 4PM Central Standard Time.

All Guests must Officially Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC located at:

CANCELLATION POLICY: NVR encourages all Guests to select and purchase Travel Interruption Insurance Coverage from a third party licensed Insurance Broker. Guest Cancellations with 60+ Day Notice Prior to Commencement Date of Reservation remains eligible for a Full Refund. Guest Cancellations with at least 30+ Days Notice Prior to Commencement Date of Reservation are eligible for a 50% Refund. Any Guest Cancellation with less than 30 Days Notice Prior to the Commencement Date of Reservation remains responsible for the Full Faithful Financial Performance of the Reservation.

COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: All Online Reservations must remit Full Payment at the time of making an Online Booking. Guests who book directly with Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC must make a Committal Deposit of $250.00 at the time of executing the Rental Lease Agreement. Outstanding Balances are collected at the time of Check-In and must be made with Certified Funds.

HOURS of OPERATION: NVR maintains Operational Business Hours based on seasonal rental demands. NVR does NOT maintain a 24 Hour Guest Check-In Facility. Guest arrivals occurring after Operational Business Hours are required to contact NVR prior to 5PM CST on the date of scheduled arrival to obtain property access codes and property information. Guest failure to establish an After-Hours Arrival may result in the inability to gain access to a reserved property. No pricing adjustments will be made.

Guest Arrivals occurring after 6PM are required to formally Register and Check-In with the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals on the morning following arrival prior to 11AM.

PAYMENTS: All Online Reservations must remit Full Payment for the Reservation at the time of Booking. Guests who book directly with Navarre Vacation Rentals must remit the Outstanding Balance Due at the time of Check-In using Certified Funds.

PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted. Any violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of the presence of a pet animal discovered at the time of post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred charges associated with pet remediation efforts, Fines or Fees levied by a Homeowner's Community, if any, and all costs incurred for property replacements applied and billed to Lessee's Credit Card presented at the time of Registration and Check-In.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: It is the policy of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC to notify all Guests of the need to substitute comparable or superior accommodations if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival. Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.

RENTAL RATES: An Instant Rate Quote Feature is available by clicking the Instant Rate Quote Button located above on the right hand side of this listing. Guests are encouraged to contact Navarre Vacation Rentals via the VRBO Email Portal to Confirm Rates prior to Online Booking.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior portions of this property. Violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of smoking discovered during post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred expense for smoke remediation efforts or property replacements applied and billed to the Credit Card Lessee provides at the time of Registration and Check-In.

An oasis of calm is a very accurate description! We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Very clean and smelled good! Very quiet and relaxing, yet close to good dining (our favorite was Flounders at Pensacola Beach), entertainment, and shopping. Beautiful drive to Pensacola Beach! Very nice furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, and extremely comfortable king sized bed. My adult daughter slept on the sleeper sofa and thought the mattress was pretty thin and uncomfortable, but would be good for children. The toilet was a little sluggish, but not a big issue. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it! We were so sad to leave!!!

An oasis of calm is a perfect description! This property was absolutely perfect! Extremely relaxing! Very nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen, and an extremely comfortable king sized bed. My adult daughter slept on the sleeper sofa, and she thought the mattress was pretty thin and uncomfortable, but would be okay for children. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was very convenient. Toilet was a little sluggish, but not a big issue. Beautiful views, and no hustle & bustle of the city, yet close to great dining (our favorite was Flounders in Pensacola Beach), entertainment, and shopping. BeautifuI drive to Pensacola Beach. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend it. I was really sad to leave!!!
