Full Description: Beautiful cozy cabin located on lovely Smith Lake, just 2-3 miles north of the new TRIDENT Marina. Perfect for a family getaway! There is a covered boat slip available for your boat, as well as a swim pier, and a canoe for your use. You will love the screened-in porch which overlooks the water.

This house is great for summer vacations as well as fall/winter getaways. Three bedrooms and two baths. There is a wood-burning fireplace, with a supply of wood, to keep you warm in the cooler months.

Note: There is no cable or satellite television service. There is a DVD player and television will get 2-3 channels. Bring your VCR tapes and DVD's. There is WIFI internet service. The WIFI allows internet streaming. The television is not a smart tv, but it is HD and has a USB port.

Bedrooms include:

Bedroom #1: Queen bed

Bedroom #2: Twin bed

Bedroom #3: Queen bed

All three bedrooms are on the same level. There are 2 bathrooms on the main level (upstairs).

The downstairs features the den/living area and includes a fold-out sofa for additional sleeping options.

This house is located next door to "The Treehouse" (vrbo# 609443)- perfect for 2 families to stay next door to one another.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept 5 night rentals only for Peak Season through April.  May 1, we reduce the minimum nights to a three (3) night minimum for the rest of the peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week. OFF-PEAK SEASON: 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
