**Please note that this is our 2nd home and we are there about 50% of the time and sometimes have family visiting. We have our own separate entry and outdoor patio so there is limited interaction, but the place is otherwise yours.

About Owner/Property Manager
We are both from the lower mainland and enjoy the Okanagan for the climate and the abundance of outdoor activities from water skiing to snow skiing and hiking. The drier climate and laid back feeling of the area is a great get away from the fast paced Vancouver area and the people are very friendly.

Hike right out the door to mountain streams and old orchards or down to the beach for a lakeside stroll and a warm beverage.

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely location. It lived up to the expectations set by the photographs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and the setting made meal time that much more pleasurable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic hosts with amazing views!
We stayed at the property for 3 months and really enjoyed it. My wife and 2 boys had lots of fun playing outside on the sunny and warm days in winter. The views are awesome and the drive to west Kelowna was short.
Randy and Lisa are fantastic hosts who made sure that we always had everything we needed to make the stay great.
My family and I would highly recommend Randy and Lisa to anyone who is looking to stay in the Okanagan area.

What a great place to stay. The views were awesome, the home so comfortable. Easy access to the surrounding area. Most enjoyable.
We wish the owners had not visited the property almost every day during our stay
The owners were on site all but 2 days of our 7 day stay. The tenant moved out the day we arrived, there was confusion as to which side of the drive to park so the owners could have access to the 3-car garage. Then the owners knocked on our door the second evening at 8:30 pm during a dinner where we were entertaining guests so we could move our cars to accommodate the owners ability to park their boat on the drive. They were back the next day to work on the boat and returned the day after that to park it again. Then they were back to pick tomatoes from the garden. The day before left, they were back again to unload items into the garage because they are moving into the lower unit. The furnishings are dated and not comfortable, the towels are frayed mis-matched. The kitchen has plenty of storage and items to use for cooking. The refrigerator was not emptied from the last guest. This is a duplex. Only book this home If you are not looking for privacy or sharing the top floor with a tenant or the owner below.
**REALLY? ** Dear Terri, our apologies that you did not completely enjoy your stay. You are the 1st of all of our reviews to be so negative. Are we not permitted on our property? ..to our garden? Our ad clearly states this is a top floor suite, how did you misunderstand that? The move out was completed the day before you arrived, simply a cleaner in the suite below and then vacant for the rest of the week, so you did have the entire home to yourself . We will review the linens as you say but in my last inspection the towels were in fine shape. Any items left in the fridge are carry over from the last guest for the next guests enjoyment if they are fresh and useable. In fact we have been thanked for this many times. The furniture is leather and wood, less than 8yrs old, maybe you did not like the style or the mattress but you can’t please everyone – Also we aren’t charging $500/nt – be reasonable. You told us you were frustrated from a previous stay and upset about the smoke, which I believe is being translated toward us. We have 13 of 14 other reviews that are 5 star, so I am not sure why you have responded like this. I wish you had communicated your concerns at the time so we could have addressed them. We will continue to update and improve the suite and we are replacing the 2 bedroom sets Oct 1st with premium furniture.
We wish you the best and hope that you will try this area again, but please be clear on what you are booking.
Enjoyed our Stay
Nice, clean home. Lovely deck to sit at night and relax with a drink and enjoy the view of the lake. Randy and Lisa were great to deal with. This may sound strange, but particularly appreciated that it was well stocked with paper goods and more than one roll of toilet paper!
Beautiful rental in Okanagon Valley. Spotless throughout, with ample room for cooking in or BBQing on deck. Close proximity to all wineries in Okanagon. Town of Peachland was great place for restarants or walking along lake. Owners were easy to deal with, and I would recommend this rental.

A lake shore community that offers up the Okanagan's finest sun, beaches and wineries and is only minutes away from the West Kelowna wine trail tours. It is an easy drive to downtown Kelowna and 30-40 minutes south to Penticton and Naramata.
There are an abundance of activities within walking or short driving distance in Peachland from hiking trails right off the property, mountain biking or scenic walks along Beach Avenue. The extremist will want to visit the Zip Zone, boasting the highest zip lines in Canada. There are 2 boat launches in the town itself and 11 kms of beach to enjoy the summer sunshine.
Peachland is very close to the Westside Wine Trail hosting many of your favourites, and the Okanagan wine festival gets underway in May with events running through until October.
The scenic town site hosts a variety of boutique restaurants, pubs and cafes adjacent to a leisurely lake stroll along Beach Ave. Only a 4 min drive or 15 minutes walking to grocery, restaurants, post office, fuel, pub and more. Several golf courses are in the area just a short drive away, and Kelowna hosts many more. West Kelowna is 10 minutes away offering golf, shopping, more restaurants, and then 10 more minutes to down town Kelowna for a richer experience and nightlife.
In the winter both Big White and Apex Mountain ski resorts are only an hour away offering some of Canada’s finest skiing. Cross country skiing and snow shoeing are just outside your door, while snowmobile enthusiasts need look no further as the area is full of superb trails and back country slopes.
