One Bedroom Pool Villa
The Naka Phuket
The Naka Phuket
Phuket Paradise (Naka Phuket)
We will never forget our amazing experience at the Naka. The staff were so friendly and thoughtful at every turn. Our villa was immaculate and heavenly. The food and drink were absolutely delicious.
Was celebrating my hushand's birthday at Phuket over the weekend. Staff were very friendly & attentive to our needs. The hotel gave us a complimentary cake & one of the rooms with a good sea view & high floor. There are free shuttle transfer to Patong area as well. Breakfast & infinity pool was superb! Overall we had such a memorable & wonderful experience at Naka Phuket & will definitely hope to go back one day! :)
Resort with amazing service and great view
1) What struck me most was the level of service provided. Some examples of how the hotel staff impressed me was: always on hand to offer help, especially with ferrying us around the resort; took the initiative to offer to arrange our transport back to the airport.
2) My room (pool villa) was large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bedroom overlooks the sea which is a great view to wake up to. There are 4 different ways to take a shower. The private pool was really lovely too, though mine had a tree that partially obscured the sea view.
3) Location is a bit inaccessible given it is remotely nestled next to the beach. However, the resort provides free shuttle service to Patong beach 3 times a day (and return trip twice daily).
4) Facilities are good overall. They have a main restaurant (with delicious buffet breakfast with daily variation), a sky lounge with view overlooking the entire villa and bay, a resort beach and a main pool just in front of it.
All in all, it is an idyllic place to relax and I check out today with a slight longing.
Nice villa with wide seaview
The Naka Phuket is a nice designed hotel, we stayed in a pool villa which offers a 270 degree wide sea view from our room, it is breathtaking; however, the maintanance is not very good that wooden part of the villa seems very old and weathered, there are ants in the bathroom everyday. For the transport, it is in the hill and taxi drivers charged us above average price because of isolated location, around 500 THB from Patong to hotel. The hotel must consider seriously to add a night returned shuttle bus around 9:30 or 10 pm.
Nice views - but at a price
This hotel now has a bit of an identity crisis, it was clearly build for chic couples, everything is 'designer', but for me good design means it also has to perform its function well, if it looks good then so much the better.Several things on this hotel are badly designed in that they are not fit for purpose. The outside bath for example is made from stone slabs, with what looked like some very sharp edges. (therefore i didn't try it!) The ousdide shower (which I did try was like standing under a broken pipe! - not pleasant at all. In the evening some of the lighting was so dim you had to use a torch! Now I'm a huge advicate of mood lighting - but surely you have to be able or see where toy are going?
This hotel is made with a lot of concrete and I mean a lot! The trouble is, they are now discovering that the older concrete gets - the worse it looks, and on a dull wet day the place does look like a prison camp! This is not a place for kids yet they are introducing kids clubs to attract families. This will actually put of the very people it was designed for. IT
It is also not cheap compared to other similar properties in the area
It was the perfect hotel for honey mooners
Everything was perfect .. amazing experience with total privacy
