AMENITIES – You will find four bedrooms in this multi-level property including a master king bedroom and a queen bedroom in the upper level, a queen bedroom on the entry level and an additional queen bedroom in the lower level with its very own living area and kitchen. All rooms offer privacy and are equipped with TVs to relax before bedtime. On the main level, you will find an open living space including a kitchen, a half-bath, a dining and a living area. Adequate space and location however the property is rundown and dilapidated.

Really the one good thing about the location and the property was its location in the space that was available in the property. Other than the space the structure is dilapidated and worn out. I do not think it was worth the money that I paid. There were several doors which did not work. There was one door jam that was loose and nearly off of the frame. None of the toilet seats are on securely enough to be comfortable. The stove was electric not gas. The furniture is soiled and slowly falling apart. The only chairs that were sturdy were the dining room table chairs. The recliner was rickety. The end tables in my bedroom where rickety. The hot tub was advertised to be in working order but was not. It had a slow leak and did not work at all. We had contacted the property management about this and they said that the owners were looking into it. It has been known to be this way for several weeks if not months. I think my bill should've been nearly half as much as what I paid for the property.I will never stay at this property again nor will I recommend that anyone ever stay at this property unless the appropriate upgrades are married. Again the space was good but the unit is overall in very poor condition not worthy of the money that we paid. I was extremely disappointed and I plan to contact pinnacle regarding this property so that they do not hold it in their renters inventory.

We truly appreciate your feedback and since your stay in August, we have replaced the living room furniture and have made several improvements around the home. Additionally, the old hot tub has been replaced with a new one. These upgrades and additions have made the home much more than just a unit with a great location. Again, thank you for your time and for staying with us. We hope to see you again!

Lots of space for lots of people

We enjoyed our stay....Great location and the sound of river was wonderful. Having our 6 grand kids it worked out great. The place was clean, very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working, might be time to make small upgrades.

Great location and size!

The place was good. Great size and layout for our family. Furniture was worn and kinda uncomfortable. Also would be nice to have had some staples in kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

OK Location & Lots of Space, But Needs Maintenance and Cleaning

This condo certainly had enough to space for a family reunion of 11 people, and the layout, though a stair-heavy four floors, is great for giving us all a feeling of "space". The towels we all fresh and clean and fluffy, and there are a few upgrades of sinks and counters, but that's where the niceties of this condo end. I am aware that this is an older condo, so was expecting the oak and dated nature of the place and that was not a problem, but the cleaning crew needs to be fired. There were muddy shoe prints on the floor when we arrived, and the carpet, though plush and relatively new-looking, was not vacuumed well (corners, under beds, edges all had visible debris...). The plush covers on the toilet seats are crusted and bleached where they meet the seat - those are really NOT a good idea for a rental unit folks! - and the hot tub had obviously not been checked for a while: there was foam and film on the water, we couldn't even see the bottom, and it smelled worse than a locker room. What a HUGE disappointment to not be able to use it after a long day on the slopes! Another complaint from most of us was the poor quality of the beds- the mattresses are really squeaky and are amongst some of the most uncomfortable I have experienced, and the beds all lack enough pillows (each bed only has two, not the standard four). There are a couple more in some of the cupboards, but not enough to go around for everyone's comfort. Finally, MUCH could be improved with some caulking around tubs and a can of WD40 applied to ALL door hinges.

Overall it was a dirty and squeaky experience, and we won't be back. Older condos are fine, but there is never an excuse for them to be dirty!

Brech Break 2015

This was the fifth time staying at this property. it is well equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a great hot tub to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Tons of space for a family to spread out and is short walk to the slopes and Main Street Station. The property manager Dustin makes check-in/out a breeze, and is always helpful for any needs that you may have. I will definitely be returning next year.
