Its wraparound porch with log railings is very appealing for early mornings and late evenings of relaxation. You can enjoy your premium hot tub and country porch rockers outdoors at Bear Hug. There's a BBQ grill on the deck and full kitchen inside so that you'll be able to cook any or all of your meals at this fantastic Pigeon Forge cabin. Big and small kids alike will love the upstairs loft. This entertainment "floor," if you will, has commercial air hockey table, premium slate pool table, and stand-up arcade that will keep you havin' fun your entire vacation! You'll create amazing family memories at this vacation cabin rental at the Bear Creek Crossing resort. This professionally decorated log cabin also has a beautiful fireplace, laundry facilities, and amazing mountain views for your convenience and enjoyment. This cabin is in a gated log cabin community not far from Pigeon Forge's Dollywood amusement park, Five Oak's outlet mall, or the many ziplines in the Smoky Mountain area. This two-level log cabin has indoor & seasonal outdoor pool for Bear Hug guests. This cabin does not allow pets or smoking. Rates are for 4 people. Each additional guest is $12.50 nightly

The view from our cabin was simply breath taking...overlooking the Smokies, it was extremely relaxing. we sat on the deck and just enjoyed the view, each evening we sat in the hot tub, refreshment and all and just listened to the outdoors. The people who work for Aunt Bugs couldn't be more accommodating. I wish the drive wasn't so far, I would love to come back in the fall for the changing of the seasons.

A Horrible Stay and Waste of Money

We were not informed of how the special worked and that we would be charged for the weekend rate for our entire stay when receiving the fourth night free. We also were not informed about the additional fees. When we called to ask questions about it after receiving the email with the details they were not willing to adjust anything despite their failure to disclose information. We still wanted to have a great time though. However, upon arrival we found the following: food under the cushions, food and sticky on the cabinet fronts and debris in the cabinets, debris in the clothing drawers including the one with the clean blankets, dust and dirt on the floors, hair on the jets of the hot tub, no pucks for the air hockey, no hose to refill the hot tub like specified in the contract so we had to use a two pots, no privacy screen for the hot tub as described, no table on the back porch as described, a broken rocking chair, and the nastiest thing was we found out the comforters are not changed or washed except for one time a quarter (4 times a year) so we slept in a cold cabin.There is nothing preventing a child from going from the back of the deck all the way around to the front where the road is located. The parking was on a hill when we were told it was good for a 15 passenger van. This was difficult. The beds were worse than sleeping on a floor and felt like bricks. There were no curtains and only blinds so you saw every vehicle light. The large windows at the top of the cabin were not covered so the kids couldn't go to bed on time and were awakened at dawn plus it put a glare it reflection of the railings on the tvs during daylight hours. These cabins are in rows one after another and are not private.

Nice and clean cabin. Wish there had been more bath towels,only 6 towels for 9 people so I had to do laundry a few times....glad there was a washer and dryer in the cabin! Over all it was good and we would do it again.

The cabin was beautiful, beautiful area, beautiful furniture, great view. Game room that the kids loved. What did it in for us was the cabin was dirty. Thick dust everywhere, food on the utensils, table was sticky , and upstairs in the game room stuck in a corner was old French fries with ketchup , and I think I even paid a " cleaning fee" . I'm so happy I brought my own Lysol and Clorox wipes. The mattresses were terrible. I didn't say anything about it but my 8 yr old was the first to mention it ;/ if it was cleaner and with new mattresses it would have been a 5 star. This is coming from someone who usually stays in motels so I'm not tough to please. Hope this helps!!

This cabin was comfortable and cozy we loved the gameroom definitely exceeded expectations. Every cabin doesn't have Wi-Fi. Home away booked my reservation for an additional $44 fee and didn't give me the 3bd with Wi-Fi and game room ( Victoria secret) we spoke about. I wanted a cabin with mountain view this cabin didn't have the view. The cabins were very close together as my neighborhood it wasn't bad but I was going for the breathtaking mountain top view. It took us so long to find which cabin was ours on that street because we arrived when dark and couldn't see the cabin numbers. It would be nice if the porch lights were on prior ti check-in. However, the cabin itself was nice!

We arrived and our unit did not appear clean. There was hair in both tubs which says to me somebody did not clean very well. There was dust on the furniture and a water bottle under the bed. Dead stink bugs lying around as if the floor had not been swept. A broken plug receptacle which could be a safety hazard with small children. I went to Kroger and purchasd bathroom cleaner so I cleaned the bathrooms. The company refused to offer any refund and only offered a discount on future stays. We visit this area 3-4 times/year. This was the 1st time we used this company and will not again. Timber Tops is by far superior and we will only use them from now on.
