We really enjoyed this property for our 12 night stay. It is just as described and the view from the lanai is amazing. There was plenty of room for 5 of us with plenty of towels (which is usually an issue for 5!). Well within walking distance to many stores and restaurants to avoid the traffic on the main road. Would highly recommend this place! #pictureperfectsunrises
Sonja, thank you for allowing KrellersGetaway the opportunity to accommodate! Means a lot to us. Until the next time.........aloha!
Wow! What an amazing place! We would typically book a 1 bedroom with the pull out couch when staying at KK1. After staying in 307, there is no going back! The 2 bedroom condo has every amenity you need: washer/dryer, AC and plenty of beach goodies in the closet. Not to mention the view, private parking spot and being centrally located to everything in Kap'a. Love this place!! We'll be back.
Bill, that's what KrellersGetaway likes to hear! Appreciate the review and let us know when you are ready to head back to KK A-307! Mahalo!
This condo was a great location. Enjoyed sunrise each morning. It's close to restaurants and shopping. Nice unit and complex.
John, thank you for allowing KrellersGetaway to accommodate! We appreciate it very much. Mahalo!! Brad
Beach, shopping, grocery, dining hall close by
The house was wonderful it had everything you could need for cooking a meal. Every morning the sun rose and it was beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. Hope to stay there again in October
Patti, thank YOU for allowing KrellersGetaway to accommodate! Very much appreciate the review. Mahalo and see you again in October!
Enjoy a peaceful and friendly stay in Kapa'a
Want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of a resort? Nestled amongst a cluster of resorts in Kapa'a is a beautifully updated condo at Kaua'i Kailani. A-307 was just what my family of 4 needed to rest and relax on vacation. With a gorgeous view, plenty of space, close proximity to shops, and a pool, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very clean and spacious, with easy-to-follow directions to access and leave (however reluctantly). Thanks to Brad and Wendy at Krellers Getaway, who promptly responded and checked-in, making sure everything was in order and simple. It's all we could want in a vacation rental! A definite must-stay whenever in Kaua'i - we'll definitely be back!
Joanna, thank you for the review and glad to hear the condo worked out well! It was our pleasure to accommodate, no doubt! KrellersGetaway appreciates it very much. Until the next time....
Great location, Perfect view plus everything you might need!
Our stay in Kapaa was awesome! The condo has comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a beautiful lanai with awesome views. The place is well ventilated with fans and windows plus has air conditioning if needed. Plenty of towels, a washer/dryer plus those perfect extras if you need them. They had playing cards for our relaxing evening of card games. They even had 4 nice beach chairs that we kept in our car all week and used at numerous beautiful beaches, sunning or watching the sunset.🌅
We can’t say enough about Brad for his great response time and generousity. Dont miss this amazing condo right in the middle of everything. We have stayed north and also south but this was certainly the best location to explore the entire island easily.
Pam, thank YOU for allowing KrellersGetaway to accommodate you and the family. We are so glad you enjoyed yourselves both in KK A-307, and the majestic Garden Isle! Tough to beat. Much appreciated and many mahalos!
Smith Family Luau is cool. A bit pricey but a neat experience. We took a Catamaran around Na Pali and it was very nice. So much to do, but must budget as some of the stuff gets expensive. Heck, you could even rent bikes there at the shops at Islander and just ride up north. They just finished miles and miles of a biking trail along the ocean. Good stuff! Snorkeling and beach fun right down the street at Lydgate Park.
Another post from a guest:
IF MONEY IS NO OBJECT - Birds of Paradise is the thing to do !! These are the powered hang gliders which are also well described in the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook. It’s hard to describe the feeling and sensation of being out in the open like that and being able to see everything. It’s not cheap though. I think for our 2 rides and pictures, it was almost $800 !! Also, check out Jack Harter’s helicopters, open door. We’ve heard it’s one of the highlights on the island!
Check out http://www.coconutcoasters.com/. Nice trail and you can rent the bikes in Kapa’a town, a nice walk from the complex. Read about Lydgate Park below as well.
Places around the area with great swimming: 1) down the road to Kealia Beach on the other side of Kapa’a town, 2) Wailua at the Coco Palms where there are lifeguards at both but also lots of people, and 3) Lydgate Park about a mile south and great for swimming and snorkeling. You can bike (10-15 minutes) or walk (25-30 minutes) from our complex. It is a GREAT beach and a must see. Ask us about quickest most direct way to get there from our complex, if you choose to bike or walk.
Also, out of the area, Poipu Beach is great for swimming (albeit, busy). Up north, check out Tunnels Beach and Ke’e Beach. All of these places can be seen in the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook.
Just discovered this beach: Kalihiwai Beach; AMAZING! In Ultimate Kauai Guidebook as well.
