Home from home with extras
We stayed for a month at this property and it was one of our best holidays ever. Our teenage granddaughters were with us for some of the time and they loved this house too, spending a lot of the time in the warm pool. The chickee hut was a lovely bonus and we ate breakfast there while watching the lone flying fish which seemed to base itself in the canal at the bottom of the garden area.
We waved to kayakers, paddleboarders and the bearded guy in his 'man bikini' who sailed past, then back again with his dog every morning.
The wifi was excellent especially for the girls keeping contact with their friends and for us letting their parents know how they were and where we went. The house had more impressive gadgets and implements than we ever needed to use. In fact there were loads of spare bedding and towels also.
We have rented many holiday villas but this one felt like a proper loved home. It was quite deceptive when we arrived at the outside entrance but once inside we found it to be bright and spacious with well chosen furniture, paintings and unusual artefacts.
We regularly drove up to the Spanish supermarket and the really great value buffet restaurant just two minutes away and there were plenty of other restaurants in the area like the Olive Garden where we enjoyed some good meals. The granddaughters had a list of American diners which we dutifully brought them to - quite an experience for Charles and me!
We did the usual shopping expeditions and sightseeing with the girls, starting off with the trolley ride to get an idea of the area. We were lucky with the sunset on Naples Pier all shades of pink and yellow.
This house and its location are perfect.
Perfect vacation home in Naples
We had a wonderful vacation in Naples last week due in large part to the gem that is this house. The owners were great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is ideal, being close to beaches and Tin City but far enough away that it is extremely quiet. When you walk into the house it smells new and the house is beautifully decorated. The pool was clean and well maintained. The canal behind the house is bristling with fish and we saw a manatee one day. We enjoyed the hammock as well as the hut in the back yard for meals outside. We hope to come back soon as we all agreed that this was the best property we have ever rented on vacation. Highly recommend.
Wonderful Vacation Home!
This house made a perfect home base for our week in Florida. We were two middle aged couples traveling from the cold north and the beautiful pool and lush landscaping made our week. We packed up our car early every morning and headed out to explore the coast and experience the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. By mid afternoon we were ready for a break by the pool in a comfortable lawn chair. The house is equipped with every thing a person could need. The owners were easy to communicate with and very professional. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful Naples canal home
My husband and I were lucky to find this wonderful home rental. We stayed the month of March 2016 and found the home exceeded our expectations since we rented online. The home is immaculate, comfortably furnished and the open concept is great. The pool area with the Chickie hut are wonderful and we spent most of our time outside for every meal under this large hut. It is great that the bedrooms are far enough from the kitchen/ living area so if you have extra guests they will not hear noise if you are early risers! The home is on a quiet street with a great restaurant at the end of the street. Go early because it gets crowded!
Great House, Owners are Responsive and Professional
My wife and I just returned from a 7 day stay at this very, very nice home. The pictures on the web site don't do it justice. The open floor plan and overall design of the house allow for plenty of space and light, and the bedrooms are down a hallway and away from the general living area. The kitchen is well designed, and equipped. The heated pool is large enough to actually swim in (not always the case). The house is at the end of a quiet dead end street, and is a short drive to Naples Pier/ Beach and downtown restaurants and attractions.
The list of things to praise is very long, the list of complaints equals zero. We found the owners to be pleasant and easy to work with.
A wonderful stay
We stayed in this beautiful house for ten days in July 2017, and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect! The house is lovely and extremely clean!! The garden is beautiful! The swimmingpool is large and very clean! We really loved all of it!
The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Down the street (Bayshore drive) we found a great Mexican restaurant called Molcajetes. Excellent food, and great Frozen Margaritas!! Our favourite beach was Lowdermilk Park - white sand, calm and clean water - and not crowded! In the weekdays we was pretty much alone!
Naples town is very pretty! We loved to watch all the beautiful houses around 5th Avenue and 3rd street! Many nice and small shops, and lots of restaurants ( but excpensive!).
The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with!!
