beautiful, bright and open
This is a third floor end unit, so there are windows on three sides and two decks. It is nice and bright inside with nice views of the ocean. It has larger floor plan than other units in the complex. It is very private and we never felt the need to close any of the curtains. One reviewer was concerned it might get too warm, we were on a warm week in August and it never got too warm inside. It was a perfect temperate. There are four sliding glass doors that can be opened for cross ventilation, if needed. The one element the photos don't show well is the nice, open connection between the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room. This place was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it.
We brought our adult children here for a little long weekend getaway with pizza and board games. We had a nice stay. The place was super cute and very clean. We did have some drainage issues in the showers but maintenance came quickly to resolve those issues. FYI, tub in second bath is slippery. Overall, we loved the condo, slept well with the windows open and the sunsets on the beach were beautiful! Kim was very responsive and a sweet host. We’ll be back!

Amazing Beach Access
We LOVED staying here. The home was appointed nicely and had most everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and we loved having access to a grill. We did have to buy spices and foil but the rest of the kitchen was stocked well. The beach access is amazing. We had smores on the beach every night and couldn't drag the kids back to the house. There were many times when we were alone on the beach. It was completely private and so relaxing. The house is located close enough to Moss Landing for whale watching. It's a short drive to Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. We also drove to hike in the redwoods which was one of our favorite days. The only "negative" is that driving up to the resort you have to drive through a neighborhood that isn't great followed by quite a few miles of strawberry fields. It makes you think you are lost for a bit but then you arrive at the property where you are greeted by very friendly staff at the guard house and private access to your rental. Reminder, this is on the third floor and there are no elevators. You do have access to some carts to get up the ramp to the second level and then only have to do 1 flight of stairs with your suitcases/groceries. I would definitely return and recommend this property to friends. Thanks again for one of our favorite vacations!!
Nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the bay!
It was a girls weekend away from kiddos, bfs, partners, etc! All we wanted was a place to convene and just catch up.Was very serene and relaxing. A gem away from the frenzy bay are life that didn’t need a plane to get there. Place was great but probably could use a new couch as sofabed blanket (or maybe just wash the blanket). Other than that beds were comfy and the place has been updated with granite countertops on the kitchen and bathrooms. No AC in the place and we were on the top level so it could get a little hot in there especially if the temp gets higher, but for us it was not an issue bc the temp was in low 70’s. Kim responded quickly to texts and was a great host. Restaurants were a minimum 4-5 + miles away but that’s fine by us! They had lots of cute board games to keep us busy! I would come back again in a heartbeat.
Thanks for the kind comments and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for pointing out the sofa bed blanket--I will take a look at it and get it cleaned (the Pottery Barn couch is only 2 yr old so its probably the blanket).
