Charming 19th century renovated farmhouse.
Early fall is a nice time to visit.
Highly recommend this charming vacation home
We spent a lovely, restful week in this charming period farmhouse with its beautiful grounds, great local activities, and gorgeous countryside. We loved swimming in the nearby state park, walking to Bash Bish falls, dining at the Greens Restaurant at the Copake Country Club (beautiful grounds and affordable), going to a great play, and watching award winning movies in the owner's collection. The kitchen is fully equipped, the air conditioning worked very well though we didn't need it much--it was in the mid seventies for most of our August week--the house is comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the owner was very helpful and considerate. We highly recommend it.
The setting is beautiful
We had a lovely weekend at Vicki’s house. We played badminton in the pretty backyard and my son went fishing in the pond nearby. The fire pit was also a big hit. It’s close to Hudson and really nice parks, as well.
These lovely guests left my home in great shape.
Lovely home with a well-equipped kitchen. Very cozy!
I rented this home over the Thanksgiving weekend, looking for a quiet place to relax and explore the area around Hillsdale. I was not disappointed -- everything was as advertised, and the owner was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. The house is spacious and pretty, with lots of character. The fireplace was a plus for me -- as was the open land behind the house.
Clean, cute house in a quiet location that's a short drive to Hudson, Hillsdale and other towns
We brought our two small children and had a fun weekend fishing in the pond across the street, going to the farmers market near Hillsdale, exploring restaurants and shopping in Hudson, grilling for dinner and making a fire outside in the fire pit when it got chilly at night. Vicky was very welcoming and the house was clean.
Great weekend at natures way!
my family stayed over Presidents' Day and we had a great time! It was frigidly cold but the house was cozy and warm. We enjoyed skiing at catamount and cooking and sitting by the fire!
Lovely family left my home clean as a whistle!
