We love this place and hope you will too. We manage the property ourself so there's no middle man to deal with.

Jason & Melissa Stockwell purchased this house in 2012

Why Jason & Melissa Stockwell chose Yarmouth

Both of our families have been going to the Cape for family vacations for years. There's so much to do here and we always have a great time!

The house was built in 1982 and remodeled in 2011, so everything is nice and clean and updated.

One of the best features of this house is that is abuts a huge conservation area right through the back gate. There's a pond with a town beach, tennis, soccer, softball/baseball, walking/hiking trails and more and you don't need to pay for parking.

New favorite vacation spot!

  • 5 of 5

We met Jason and Melissa when we arrived, nicest people, welcoming and caring! The house is perfect: pretty and functional at the same time. The location is ideal: pretty much in the middle of Cape Cod which made it easy to explore the whole area. Close to beaches, ponds, local attractions and restaurants. Can't thank the owners enough for welcoming our family to their house. Can't wait to come back again.

This charming, beautifully decorated home was a highlight during our trip to Cape Cod. Melissa and Jason have thought of everything you might need to make yourself at home. This was our first experience with VRBO, and we LOVED it! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lovely home. Best rental on the Cape!

  • 5 of 5

We loved every moment of our vacation on Cape Cod, and this lovely home was a big part of why it was so fantastic. Everything about this home is delightful.

It is centrally located on the Cape, making it easy to get to any attraction you'd like to see. It's close to the main roads (Rts. 6/6A/28), yet feels nicely secluded from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist season. Easy drives to all of our favorite beaches. Closest 'big beach' is Seagull Beach, just a few miles away. This was our first time at Seagull Beach, and it's now one of our favorites!

Melissa and Jason met us at the house upon our arrival, and were so nice and welcoming. They have put a lot of love and attention into this property, and it shows in every detail--immaculately clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Inside and out, this home just felt perfect.

We enjoyed sitting on the deck and around the fire pit, especially in the morning where we would watch the sun rise over top of the house. Beautiful way to start our day! We also enjoyed walking through the woods out back to get to the peaceful pond.

This property is an absolute gem. We look forward to returning again for years to come.

Beautifully decorate, immaculate home in West Yarmouth

  • 5 of 5

Let me start this review by saying that we have been coming to the Cape for the past four summers and have rented a different home each year. The other homes we have stayed at were adequate, but did not "wow" us like this home did. During the rental process, Melissa was wonderful to work with. She was prompt in her responses back to me and answered every question I had with detail. Melissa and Jason were at the house upon our arrival to the Cape. They greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the house and showed us how various things worked (shower, dishwasher, etc). The first thing we noticed was how immaculate the house was. I am a self-proclaimed neat freak, so I have extremely high-standards for cleanliness, and this house met and exceeded my standards. The house is also impeccably decorated with beautiful nautical and "Cape-inspired" details. Upon closer inspection during the week, we noticed that everything in the house was completely top-of-the-line. From the decorative touches to the appliances, everything is of the highest quality. It was evident to us that Melissa and Jason take great pride in their home. The yard is very large and fenced in. There is a giant deck off the back that is wonderful to sit on in the morning with a cup of coffee. A new fire pit with beautiful Adirondack chairs surrounding it was a great way to spend our evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the the outdoor shower on the deck in order to rinse off after our long days at the beach. We have two children, and so comfort, cleanliness, space, and ease of use of appliances and such is of the utmost importance to us. We found all of that here and I am confident that anyone else staying here will have a comfortable, relaxing stay in this aesthetically-pleasing house. We have finally (after four years!) found the home we will come back to year-after-year. Thank you, Melissa and Jason, for your hospitality. We cannot wait to come back next year!
