Two Bedroom, two bathroom, loft apartment with kitchen with granite counters and cherry cabinetry, living room with sectional couch long enough for 2 people to sleep. There are three TV's, one plasma in living room and one in each bedroom. The pool and ocean can be viewed from both inside as well as deck. We are located on top floor (3rd), facing ocean and pool directly below.. Parking is directly below the building with NO assigned spaces. Display of parking permit is required by towing policy. TWO CARS MAXIMUM during peak season. NO GOLF CARTS AND NO TRAILERS.

Pool viewed directly below from deck, We have an ocean view from deck as well as inside. It is a 100 yd walk to beach. Internet WIFI & High Definition access. Short walk to Garden City pier 0,8 miles south,. PARKING NOT ASSIGNED BUT LIMITED TO TWO CARS PARKED BEHIND EACH OTHER IN 2 CAR SPACE.

This condo is extremely nice and had everything we needed.. and more! We really enjoyed staying here for a week, it was the perfect vacation spot. The owner is very nice and great to work with. We will definitely stay here again next time!! 5 stars 🌟 for sure!

Great little hideaway!

We absolutely loved staying here at Sandy Shores I. This unit was impeccably clean, well appointed, and just lovely. The corner unit was perfect - we could see the ocean from the large sliding glass door in the family room and from the cute table on the porch while we drank our morning coffee. The king bed was super comfie. The bathrooms are all rennovated, brad new and all with upgraded everything. We could not have been more pleased with this stay - would definitely stay here again. The landlord was super easy to work with and was very flexible with us. The beach was steps away and it was an uncrowded non-commercial feeling beach. Close to all the great bars and restaurants at Murrell's Inlet or up to Surfside beach as well as a short drive to Myrtle.

Great beach vacation!

The condo had everything that we needed, and it is just steps from the beach. Lots of stairs up to the unit, so it might not be the best choice if you have bad knees or toddlers.

The condo is completely updated and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the deck with the ocean view.

Loved it!

We had amazing vacation in David’s apartment. It is extremely clean, even being pet-friendly! It is very modern and very stylish! Another great thing, that it is very functional, we were able to find everything we would possibly needed, even a very comfortable extra mattress. The location is perfect, right across the street from ocean, pool is right downstairs. Far enough from giant apartment buildings, so the beach was never crowded. And still close enough to pier and amusement park, so we could walk there and have fun. David is a very nice person to deal with, always on top of things and very helpful. We could not be happier with our vacation and want to go back already!
